FOOD COLLECTION FOR CLOVERLEAF FOOD BANK-JUNE

For the month of June we will be collecting canned CHICKEN or TUNA for the Clover leaf Food Bank at St. Elizabeth’s. We will ONLY be collecting these specific items during June. There is a box in the hallway between the cafeteria and church to put the items in. We are very thankful for the generous Parishioners at Nativity. The response has been WONDERFUL.

PENECOST SUNDAY JUNE 4, 2017

Nativity Church will host an introduction to Ignatian Spirituality based on the spiritual

exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Date and time will be determined according to the

participants schedule. Anyone interested in participating is asked to call Mary Ann at

412-215-7743.

There will be a prayer service the second Thursday (June 8) of every month from 6-7 p.m. for THE POOR SUFFERING SOULS IN PURGATORY. For more information please call 412-655-3818.

There will be ADORATION the FIRST THURSDAY (July 6) at 6PM-7PM in the Spiritual Center during the months of July, August and September. The rosary will be recited led by Father Benedict

Groeschel's CD, entitled The Rosary is a Place. The Divine Mercy Chaplet will also be recited.

CHURCH OFFICE SUMMER HOURS

During the months of June, July and August, the Church office is closed on Fridays. In case of an emergency, please call Fr. John at St. Germaine’s 412-833-0661. Normal office hours will resume in September.

Based upon feedback provided by parishioners our parishes are now part of a single grouping, and this includes our two churches as well as St. Valentine and St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin.
