About Us
KID’S ADVANCED PROGRAM
This course is for students aged 8 to 13, and is focused primarily on competition.
Program curriculum is based on competition scenarios, and includes more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and drills.
Students will cover positions more in-depth and work toward building a more balanced and complete jiu jitsu game.

Women’s only Class
Whether you are interested in self defense, fitness, or competition, this class adjusts to meet any woman’s specific needs and goals.
The class is led by one of the most successful female competitors in the sport: World Champion Angelica Galvao. Prof. Angelica Galvao is a mother, wife, and competitor, and will help you reach any goal you have in mind. We welcome you to try it!
The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the core techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know.
With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques.

Competition class
Focused primarily on sparring, our Competition Program is designed to prepare students for competition.
Students will get an overview of tournament scenarios and how to handle certain situations that will arise on the competition mat.
This intense program is led by multiple-time World Champion black belt Andre Galvao, and is guaranteed to help students feel confident and prepared for their upcoming competition.
This program is offered to all belt levels, but by invitation only.
