1. These Rules are developed by Transport Clearing House, JSC in accordance with the

“Provision on Air Transport Settlement System (ATSS)”.

5. The “ATSS Agency Accreditation Rules” of March 21, 2017 shall be deemed invalid upon

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The terms and definitions used herein:

Accredited Agency means a legal entity or an individual who passed the ATSS accreditation and sells transportation or ancillary services (hereafter - transportation/services) issued on the ATSS electronic tickets/electronic documents (hereafter – the ATSS stock) under the Agreement on Transportation and Services Sale concluded with TCH (hereafter - Agreement with TCH).

ATSS Accreditation means a procedure for verification of compliance with the requirements/conditions of the ATSS Agency Accreditation Rules and the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

Accredited Point Of Sale (POS), Internet Point Of Sale (IPOS), Self-Service Transaction Kiosk (TSSK) means an ATSS accredited point of sale, internet point of sale, self-service transaction kiosk.

CRS (or Airline Distribution System - ADS) means a computerized reservation system whose operator is accredited/certified with the ATSS.

TCH Validator means an identification plate for manual validation of documents when issuing/ exchanging / making refund for carriages on the ATSS stock, as well as for authentication of agency and its POS(s).

Web-System Klever (Klever) means TCH's (the right of use thereof belongs to TCH) software program the "System of Automated Reservation and Sale of Travel Services "Klever" which provides the possibility to access ADS (ST)'s inventories in order to get the information about air/rail services, to book e-tickets, and to make use of other functions in a TCH session.

Internet Point Of Sale (B2C Solution, IPOS) means a designated information area on agency’s website on the Internet enabling an Internet user to book, pay, and issue transportation/services in a dialogue mode.

Web Terminal (B2B Solution, IPOS) means a restricted access web-terminal in the form of a designated and Internet listed workplace of a ticketing agent (operator) in agency’s POS enabling to book and issue transportation/services under its own designator.

TCH’s Website (www.tch.ru) means the ATSS information portal used to represent TCH officially on the Internet, to supply the information about the ATSS and TCH operations, to allow interaction between the ATSS participants, partners, and other users.

Ticketing Agent (operator) means an agency employee engaged in transportation/services ticketing.

ATSS Agency Accreditation Panel (Accreditation Panel, Panel) means the permanent acting authority of TCH, JSC which is established to ensure the compliance of the agencies with the requirements/conditions of the ATSS normative and technological regulations, to carry out the ATSS accreditation procedure, and to revoke or suspend accreditation, to make changes to Accredited Agency Profiles, and take

other decisions related to agency's sales of transportation/services on the ATSS stock under Agreement with TCH.

My Account on TCH's website (My Account, MA) means an ATSS member's/ATSS partner's personal space on TCH’s website, the Internet service enabling authorised users to manage transportation/services sale, to control and analyze data, to exchange with legally valid e-documents, to display the ATSS normative and technological regulations, to exchange with their instant notifications, opinions, and questions in thematic forums.

Control Council Of Settlement (CCS) means an ATSS governing authority acting in-between the Conferences.

Accredited Agency Profile (Agency Profile) means the accredited agency data, as amended and supplemented, drawn up based on the documents provided by the agency in accordance with these Rules for the purpose of identification, accounting, and administration of sales/ settlements of the accredited agency.

Carrier - airline - means an airline participating in the Air Transport Settlement System and bound by Model Agreement on Sale and Settlement of Air Transportation and Services Issued on ATSS Electronic Tickets concluded with TCH.

Point Of Transportation/Services Sale (Point Of Sale, POS) means a premise for reservation, payment, and issuance of transportation/services located at an individual street address.

TSSK Point Of Sale (TSSK) means a place at a street address where a Self Service Transaction Kiosk is located.

Accreditation Certificate means a document evidencing that an agency (POS, IPOS, or TSSK) has passed ATSS accreditation (see sample in Annex 9 hereto).

Air Transport Settlement System (ATSS) means a family of governing authorities and participants interacting in accordance with the policies, technologies, and rules effective in this System.

Subagent means a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who sells transportation/services on the ATSS stock under agreement with an accredited agency.

Transaction Self Service Kiosk (TSSK) means a dedicated self-service hardware & software enabling its user to book, pay for, and issue transportation/services.

Transport Clearing House (TCH) means the executive authority of the ATSS.

ATSS Participants mean the carriers bound by Agreement on Sale and Settlement of Air Transportation and Services Issued on ATSS Electronic Tickets signed with TCH, the accredited agencies bound by Agreement on Transportation and Services Sale signed with TCH, and TCH itself.

Agency Head Office means the principal location of accredited agency’s administration. Normally, it is for this address the ATSS agency code is assigned.

CRS Operator means a legal entity operating a CRS and entitled to provide services of this CRS to another party under a relevant agreement.

Terms and definitions not included in this section are set forth in the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These Rules are regulating the order, procedure, and terms of accreditation, suspension, and revocation thereof for agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK; the procedures for updating Accredited Agency Profile, for inspections and monitoring of activities of accredited agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK .

2.2. Accreditation is carried out by the Agency Accreditation Panel. The President of TCH acts as the Accreditation Panel Chairman.

2.3. All correspondence related to accreditation matters and amendments to Accredited Agency Profile shall be e-mailed to TCH at [email protected] for the name of the Accreditation Panel Chairman.

The documents related to agency accreditation and changes to Agency Profile should be sent:

at [email protected] as scanned and soft copies, by completing the special form on TCH’s website;

to TCH’s head office: 123056, Moscow, Bolshaya Grouzinskaya Street, 59/1. This is applies to legal entities registered in foreign countries.

The accreditation documents for POS, IPOS, TSSK should be emailed at [email protected] as scanned and soft copies, or by completing the special form in "My Account" on TCH’s website.

2.4. The Russian language shall be the ATSS official language.

2.5. TCH provides the below services on a fee basis:

accreditation of agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK;

review of documents related to reorganization, change in name or legal structure of an accredited agency;

issuance of ATSS Accreditation Certificate (except for initial accreditation);

manufacture of TCH validator (incl. rubber stamp or layout).

The fees shall be charged according to TCH’s Price List effective on the application date.

2.6. The TCH validators may be manufactured by agency itself pursuant to TCH recommendations attached as Annex 8M hereto or using a layout received from TCH.

2.7. TCH shall:

assign the ATSS reference codes to accredited agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK for identification purposes. These codes shall be unique within the ATSS and shall be used in accordance with the established procedures;

issue ATSS Accreditation Certificate (in hard and/or soft copy) which has to be stored in and by the agency.

2.8. If the agency's (POS, IPOS or TSSK) accreditation is terminated, the ATSS assigned codes shall be void and the ATSS Accreditation Certificate and TCH validator shall be invalid.

2.9. The accredited agency has the right to use TCH logo.

2.10. The accredited agency should have at least one (1) accredited point of sale (POS).

2.11. The accredited agency, its POS, IPOS and TSSK(s) shall continuously comply with the requirements hereof and the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

2.12. The accredited agency shall submit to TCH the information and documents confirming amendments/supplements to the Agency Profile according to sections 5, 7, 8 hereof.

2.13. The accredited agency is not entitled to sell transportation/services on the ATSS stock in non-accredited POS, IPOS, TSSK.

2.14. A ticketing agent of the accredited agency shall have the right to sell transportation/services issued on the ATSS stock in CRS (ADS) only via the terminal whose identifier (technological address, certificate) is registered with TCH in the specific accredited POS (if CRS (ADS) has such identifier).

2.15. The accredited agency shall not enter into Agreements on Transportation and Services Sale issued on the ATSS stock with the companies which have outstanding liabilities against ATSS participants and which is enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list posted on TCH’s website, or with the companies whose CEO or shareholder (participant) was CEO and/or shareholder (participant) of a company having outstanding liabilities against ATSS members and enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list posted on TCH’s website.

2.16. The accredited agency shall not have the subagent who acts as subagent of another accredited agency.

The accredited agency shall not be a subagent of other accredited agency in terms of transportation/services sale on the ATSS stock.

2.17. The accredited agency shall inform TCH in writing whether an IPOS seeking accreditation (or accredited) has a B2B solution.

2.18. The accredited agency shall provide TCH with the respective information (in the form as attached in Annex 7_B2B hereto) within 5 (five) days after conclusion/termination of the agreement with the company which is selling/was selling transportation/services on the ATSS stock under such agreement using an agency's B2B solution.

2.19. If a subagent obtains accreditation as an independent agency or migrates from one accredited agency to another, in this case, an opinion on subagent’s business activities shall be provided to TCH in the form as attached in Annex 4.

The above said opinion shall be provided by the master accredited agency (i.e. under whose code such subagent is (was) selling transportation/service) within 10 (ten) business days after receipt of the request from subagent or from another accredited agency.

2.20. The accredited agency must obtain a financial security covering the subagent's contractual obligations for revenue remittance for transportation/services sale. The type and amount of financial security shall be agreed by subagent with the agency.

3. AGENCY ACCREDITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1. The Agency.

Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Agency), the RF resident or nonresident who is selling or is going to sell transportation/services might be accredited with the ATSS.

The accreditation shall be denied for the agencies having outstanding liabilities against ATSS participants and enrolled in the ATSS Non-reliable Partner List posted on TCH’s website, or agencies whose CEO or shareholder (participant), that is (was) CEO or shareholder (participant) of a company having outstanding liabilities against ATSS members and/or enrolled in the ATSS Non-reliable Partner List posted on TCH's website.

3.2. Financial matters.

The agency shall provide TCH with financial security covering the agency’s settlement obligations in accordance with the provisions of the "Calculation Method and Types of Financial Security".

3.3. Personnel.

Agency's personnel shall be familiar with the ATSS normative and technological regulations and all informational documents that regulate transportation/services sale in the ATSS.

To sell transportation/services, the agency shall employ at least one (1) ticketing agent trained under the programs approved by TCH (if applicable).

3.4. Equipment.

Agency should have means of communication (Internet, e-mail, phone, etc.).

Agency must ensure the connection to CRS (ADS) with operator of CRS (ADS).

Agency must be duly equipped to book, pay for, and issue transportation and ancillary services.

3.5. Accreditation documents:

Application (completed and signed by an authorised person) - Annex 1;

Agency Profile (completed and signed by an authorised person) - Annex 2;

Agency’s constituent and registration documents:

Articles of Association;

Memorandum of Association (where applicable);

Registration certificate or record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE)/Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneur (USRIE);

Tax registration certificate.

Agency CEO Appointment Order, Minutes/Resolution of election for the position;

Passport copy (the first page and registration page) for an individual entrepreneur;

Consent to personal data processing for an individual entrepreneur (the

original copy thereof shall be stored in and by the agency and provided at TCH’s

request) - Annex 3;

Confirmation of the applied tax scheme;

Opinion on subagent’s business activities (completed and signed by an

authorised person of accredited agency) - in the form as attached in Annex 4 (for the accredited agency which is operating (operated) as subagent of accredited

agency).

The agency registered in foreign countries should provide the documents proving its non-resident legal status under the laws of the agency’s country issued by competent authorities of this country; excerpt from Trade Register issued no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the application date; and copy of license/certificate permitting to sell transportation/services for the agencies who are registered in the countries where the said activities are subject to licensing/certification.

Each document must be submitted with a notarized Russian translation made by qualified or certified translator. Before submitting, the documents must be legalized.

TCH has the right to change the list of documents and way of their submission, if deems it necessary.

3.6. Accreditation fees.

The fees for the accreditation with the ATSS shall be charged in accordance with TCH’s Price List effective on the application date.

4. FUNCTIONS OF ACCREDITATION PANEL, AGENCY ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE

4.1. The ATSS Accreditation is carried out by Agency Accreditation Panel (hereinafter - the Panel, Accreditation Panel).

4.2. The Panel is composed of TCH’s personnel and approved by an Order of TCH President.

4.3. During its meetings, the Panel considers the following issues:

Agency accreditation;

Accreditation revocation;

Accreditation suspension;

Accredited Agency Profile changes;

Issues related to agency’s current operations for transportation/services sale on the ATSS stock under agreement with TCH.

4.4. The agency must adhere to the requirements of Section 3 and deliver the application documents to TCH as per paragraph 3.5 hereof.

4.5. Within 5 (five) business days as after receipt of the application documents, TCH shall send to the agency/inform the agency of:

acknowledgement of receipt;

non-compliance of the submitted documents with the requirements hereof;

issuance of invoice for accreditation.

4.6. Within 10 (ten) business days after the agency has submitted the full set of application documents, TCH shall:

make a due diligence check;

inspect its constituent and registration documents;

approve a type of financial security and a person responsible for providing the security covering the agency’s obligations.

Where necessary, the agency may be requested to provide additional documents.

The expert opinions shall be handed over to a member of the Accreditation Panel and its Chairman.

4.7. The agency shall be denied the accreditation:

if the comments to the submitted application documents were not addressed;

if the requested additional documents were not submitted (at TCH’s request);

if the invoice for accreditation was not paid.

4.8. The decisions are adopted at the meetings of the Agency Accreditation Panel convened by the Panel Chairman when it is necessary.

4.9. The Panel meeting might be held both in praesentia and in absentia.

The Panel Chairman shall preside over the meeting.

In the absence of the Panel Chairman, the chairman shall be elected from the Accreditation Panel members by the majority of its member votes to preside over the meeting.

4.10. The representatives of the applicant agency can be invited to attend the Panel meeting. The notice of the Panel meeting shall be emailed the agency.

4.11. The Accreditation Panel reviews the expert opinions, if necessary, listens to agency representative, and takes a decision.

4.12. The resolutions of the Panel are adopted by simple majority of the votes of the Panel members participating in the meeting.

In case of equal number of votes, the vote of the Panel Chairman (or the person presiding over the Panel meeting) shall be decisive.

The adopted decision is signed by the Panel Chairman or the Panel member presiding over the meeting.

4.13. The Accreditation Panel may decide to:

Award accreditation;

Deny accreditation (explaining the reasons);

Postpone the review process and request the agency to provide additional information.

Revoke/suspend accreditation (according to Section 8 hereof);

Make changes to Agency Profile (according to Section 7 hereof);

And, to take decisions on the agency’s current operations for sale of transportation/services on the ATSS stock under agreement with TCH.

Any decision of the Panel shall be final and binding.

4.14. When the accreditation is denied, or if the accreditation application is revoked, the amount paid by the agency for TCH services on review of the application documents is non-refundable. The application for agency accreditation shall be cancelled.

4.15. The Panel decision (including the information about the code assigned to agency with the ATSS) shall be communicated to the agency and the ATSS members within 3 (three) days upon the meeting held by the Accreditation Panel.

4.16. When the agency receives TCH's Notice of Accreditation with the ATSS, in order to enable transportation/services sale on the ATSS stock under its own assigned code the agency shall:

sign agreement with TCH;

obtain access to "My Account" on TCH’s website, email address registered in the Mail System of TCH, and pay TCH invoice for the connection to "My Account" and the Mail System of TCH;

submit the documents for POS, IPOS, TSSK accreditation; pay TCH invoice for the accreditation of such POS, IPOS, TSSK;

sign an agreement with a CRS (ADS) operator for the connection to CRS (ADS) and obtain access to web-system Klever, and make the necessary settings for software; and register (describe) the respective details;

using "My Account", to send a request to register its operators/terminals;

create a financial security covering agency’s obligations taking into account the TCH information about settlements, approved type of financial security, and person responsive for providing this security.

The accreditation procedure results in entitling the agency to sell transport/services issued on the ATSS stock.

5. CONDITIONS OF ACCREDITATION. POS, IPOS, TSSK ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE

5.1. Requirements to points of sale (POS). POS shall:

Have means of communication (Internet, e-mail, phone, etc.) ;

Be duly equipped to book, pay for, and issue transportation/services;

Be located in premises complying with the existing laws, and shall have a signboard showing agency (subagent) name, head office data (address, phone) and working hours.

Be located in time zone from UTC -3 to UTC +12.

5.2. Requirements to agency's Internet point of sale (IPOS):

Domain name of IPOS shall be duly registered.

Agency shall have documents confirming domain name registration and/or the agency's right to use domain name for transportation/services sale (if domain name is not registered for the agency).

Registration of domain name and/or the right to use thereof for transportation/services sale purposes shall be valid and effective over the entire period of IPOS accreditation.

IPOS shall comply with the ATSS normative and technological regulations and the existing ATSS standards for transportation/services sale by accredited agency’s IPOS.

5.3. Documents for POS accreditation:

Application (completed and signed by an authorised person) - Annex 5;

Details of subagent (when POS seeking accreditation belongs to subagent):

Annex 6 (completed and signed by an authorised person);

Opinion on subagent’s business activities (completed and signed

by an authorised person of accredited agency) - in the form as attached in Annex 4 (when subagent migrates from another accredited agency).

5.4. Documents for IPOS accreditation:

Application (completed and signed by an authorised person) - Annex 7;

Documented right to use/administer domain name for transportation/services sale (if domain name is not registered for the agency);

Documented registration of domain name (at TCH request).

The accreditation of IPOS is possible only if its master accredited agency runs an accredited POS and if such IPOS satisfies the requirements set forth in the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

5.5. Documents for TSSK accreditation:

TSSK can be accredited only if its master accredited agency runs an accredited POS and the software version for such TSSK satisfies the requirements of the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

5.6. Within 5 (five) business days as of the receipt of application documents, TCH shall:

check the application documents for thier compliance with the requirements hereof;

check IPOS’s website for the compliance with the ATSS normative and technological regulations and the existing ATSS standards for transportation/services sales via accredited agency’s IPOS/TSSK;

inform the agency of any existing non-compliance;

request additional documents (if necessary).

5.7. The application shall be cancelled, if the comments to:

the submitted application documents;-

IPOS’s website seeking accreditation / software of TSSK – non-compliance with the ATSS normative and technological regulations

were not addressed within 3 (three) months.

5.8. Once the submitted documents were reviewed, TCH may:

deny accreditation of POS, IPOS, TSSK;

award accreditation to POS, IPOS, TSSK and issue an invoice for the accreditation.

5.9. After the receipt TCH's notification stating that the documents were reviewed and that POS/IPOS was successfully checked for compliance with the ATSS normative and technological regulations, the agency needs to take the below listed steps in order to proceed with accreditation and enable sale of transportation/services on the ATSS stock:

pay TCH invoice for accreditation of POS, IPOS, TSSK;

obtain the ATSS codes for POS, IPOS, TSSK from TCH;

send a request to register operators/terminals using "My Account".

5.10. The agency may be denied accreditation for POS, IPOS, TSSK (of agency/of subagent) if:

The agency does not fulfill its obligations under agreement with TCH or does not satisfy the requirements of the ATSS normative and technological regulations.

Subagent has outstanding liabilities against ATSS participants and/or is enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list posted on TCH's website, and if a CEO or shareholder (participant) is (was) a CEO and/or a shareholder (participant) of a company having outstanding liabilities against ATSS members and enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list posted on TCH's official website.

The domain name of IPOS is enrolled in a list of domain names of unreliable partners on the Internet posted on TCH’s website;

Opinion on subagent business activities shows subagent’s repeated failures to meet the due dates of revenue remittance for transportation/services sold on the ATSS stock.

6. CONTROL OVER ACCREDITED AGENCY OPERATIONS

6.1. TCH executes control over accredited agency and its POS, IPOS, and TSSK to validate whether the accredited agency satisfies the requirements hereof and terms of agreement with TCH.

6.2. Such control is exercised in the form of inspections and monitoring.

6.3. Inspections of agency may be carried out at the request of ATSS participating carriers or pursuant to the decision of TCH Management in case of reported failure to observe the rules for reservation, sale and issuance of transportation/services, fare application rules, technology and timeframes of financial settlement, timeframes for prescribed reporting by agency or subagent, etc.

6.4. The data provided in terms of accreditation shall be subject to ongoing monitoring.

6.5. Inspections and monitoring of agency operations shall be conducted in accordance with the Manual for Accredited Agency Inspections and Monitoring.

6.6. Inspections and monitoring shall be carried out by TCH experts. The representatives from ATSS participating carriers and the specialists of accredited agencies may be engaged in inspections.

6.7. In the course of inspections, the accredited agency shall provide the necessary documents related to transportation/services sale operations, as well as explanations/information in writing related to the issues arising during inspections.

6.8. Where necessary, the results of inspections and monitoring may be documented.

6.9. CEO of accredited agency being inspected must be informed about the results of inspection in writing.

6.10. If said inspections or monitoring have revealed agency violations of the requirements of the ATSS normative and technological regulations, limitations provided for in the agreement with TCH might be applied to such agency.

7. CHANGES TO ACCREDITED AGENCY PROFILE

7.1. Agency shall notify TCH of any changes to the Agency Profile, and provide TCH with supporting documents within 3 (three) business days after a decision on changes or after registration of the changes, if such changes are subject to registration as required by law.

7.2. The changes to the Agency Profile shall be made based on official information and documents submitted by agency to TCH.

7.3. The agency must provide TCH with the following documents, when changes are related:

7.3.1. To legal address:

Updated record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE);

Passport copy (the first page and registration page) for an individual entrepreneur;

Consent to personal data processing for an individual entrepreneur (the

original copy thereof shall be stored in and by the agency and provided at TCH’s request) - Annex 3;

7.3.2. To the information about stakeholders/shareholders:

Updated record in the USRLE;

Information on stakeholders/shareholders:

Document on transfer/ sale of share(s) in charter capital;

7.3.3. To CEO:

CEO Appointment Order, Minutes/Resolution of election for position;

Updated record in the USRLE;

7.3.4. To applied taxation system:

Document on change of tax system applied by the agency.

7.3.5. To information about POS (of agency/ of subagent): data on subagent (TIN, name, CEO and etc.) / status of POS / addresses of POS:

The documents as listed in p. 5.3. hereof.

7.3.6. Details of domain name registration and/or rights to the domain name of accredited IPOS:

Documents confirming the registration of domain name and/or the right of the agency to use the domain name for transportation/services sale, when the domain name is not registered for the agency.

Document conforming a tax scheme applied by the agency;

Documented registration of domain name and/or the rights to use the domain name of accredited IPOS (if domain name is not registered for the agency);

Applications for issue of POS/IPOS certificates (when the data shown on

certificates are being changed) and manufacture of TCH validators (when the data

shown on validators are being changed and when manual validation is needed) - Annex 8.

The agency shall negotiate with TCH a type of financial security and person responsible for providing a security covering the agency’s obligations.

For the agencies registered in foreign countries - the corresponding documents as prescribed by the laws of the host country.

TCH has the right to change the list of documents, where necessary.

The review of documents is carried out on a fee basis.

7. In case of failure to inform or submit the said documents to TCH in a timely manner, the right of accredited agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK to sell transportation/services can be restricted until the complete discharge of all necessary requirements.

8. TERMINATION (SUSPENSION) OF ACCREDITATION OF AGENCY, POS, IPOS, TSSK

8.1. The agency shall be deprived of the ATSS accreditation status upon termination of agreement with TCH.

8.2. Termination (suspension) of accreditation of agency, POS, IPOS, TSSK can be initiated by TCH, an ATSS participating carrier or by the agency itself.

8.3. Termination (suspension) of agency accreditation initiated by TCH or an ATSS participating carrier is possible when:

The agency fails to fulfill its obligations under agreement with TCH and does not satisfy with the conditions of the ATSS normative and technological regulations;

The agency is enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list made available on TCH's website, or agency's CEO or shareholder (participant) is enrolled in the ATSS unreliable partner list.

The agency fails to sell transportation/services for more than 3 (three) months.

8.4. When the agency closes POS, IPOS, TSSK on it’s own initiative, the agency shall send the respective application via "My Account". The accreditation of such POS, IPOS, TSSK shall be terminated.

8.5. In case of suspension of transportation/services sale on the ATSS stock in accredited POS, IPOS, TSSK, the agency must inform TCH of the reasons and timeframes thereof no less that 1 (one) business day before the date of suspension.

A temporary suspension period shall not exceed 6 (six) months.

In the event of reactivation of transportation/services sales on the ATSS stock, the agency shall inform TCH in writing about the operations starting date no less than 2 (two) business days prior the reactivation date.

8.6. Accreditation of POS, IPOS or TSSK can be revoked (suspended) on TCH’s initiative in the below circumstances:

POS, IPOS, TSSK fails to sell transportation/services for more than 3 (three) months.

the agency failed to provide information as to reactivation of POS’s, IPOS’s, TSSK’s operations once the period of temporary suspension has elapsed according to p. 8.5 hereof.

a subagent of agency is a subagent of other accredited agency.

the domain name of accredited IPOS is enrolled in a list of domain names of unreliable partners posted on the Internet.

the agency failed to provide a documented confirmation of the registration (re-registration) of the domain name of accredited IPOS and/or the right to use the domain name for selling transportation/services.

the agency failed to provide (at the request of TCH) the actual information concerning the ownership (use) right for the premises

accommodating an accredited POS.

8.7. In the event of revocation (suspension) of POS’s, IPOS’s, TSSK’s accreditation, the agency shall cease using the respective ATSS certificates and TCH validators.

8.8 In case of revocation (suspension) of IPOS/TSSK’s accreditation, the agency shall remove ATSS logo from such IPOS/TSSK(s) within 1 (one) day.
