Questi modelli sono stati progettati con motore elettrico accoppiato diret-tamente al gruppo compressore. Sono macchine tecnicamente all’avan-guardia, potenti e silenziose. Si presentano molto compatte, richiedono unminimo di sorveglianza e poca manutenzione.Sono compressori ideali per piccoli lavori di verniciatura, lavaggio gon-fiaggio per tutti i lavori di una piccola azienda. I cilindri sono di ghisa spe-ciale, la lubrificazione è automatica a sbattimento, le valvole sono a lamel-la di acciaio inox. La pressione di esercizio è di 8 bar, ma per alcuni model-li può arrivare a 10 bar. These models have been planned to guarantee tothe maximum the continuity of delivery of thecompressed air, with a low consumption of electricenergy. Every machine is constituted from two com-pressor units with two electrical motors. The com-pressors are very strong machines, with cylindersand heads in special cast iron and with steel valveat disk type with high performance.The functioning of the compressors is automaticand reciprocating. Questi modelli sono stati progettati pergarantire al massimo la continuità di ero-gazione dell’aria compressa, con un bassoconsumo di energia elettrica. Ogni mac-china è costituita da due gruppi compres-sori con due motori elettrici. I compresso-ri sono macchine molto robuste, i cilindrie le teste sono di ghisa speciale e le val-vole di acciaio sono dei tipo a disco di ele-vato rendimento. Il funzionamento deicompressori è automatico ed alternativo. Questi compressori sono macchine semplici, economiche, robuste e di facile manutenzione. I gruppi com-pressori sono dei tipo a due stadi con cilindri di ghisa. Il motore a scoppio è a 4 tempi, raffreddato adaria e silenziato. L’avviamento è a strappo con cavo avvolgente automatico (avviamento elettrico 12 Vopzionale). Uno speciale dispositivo controlla l’olio dei motore, nel caso che il livello sia insufficiente ilmotore si ferma. Il compressore ed il motore a scoppio sono montati su di una robusta piastra d’acciaioe isolata dal telaio da appositi supporti elastici antivibranti. Il serbatoio è corredato di valvola di sicurez-za, manometro alla glicerina, di rubinetto per lo scarico della condensa e di due prese d’aria. La qualitàdei materiali adoperati con la tecnologia applicata, garantiscono il rispetto delle normative CEE riguardoil rumore e la sicurezza. La strumentazione di controllo comprende:- Disgiuntore “FS” fase scarico con valvola di ritegno che scarica all’esterno l’aria prodotta dal gruppo

compressore quando ha raggiunto la pressione massima, manometro, valvola di sicurezza.

Questa serie di compressori modello “SO” orizzontali su serbatoio sono stati realizzati per rendere la mac-china estremamente compatta: il gruppo compressore è stato installato sopra il serbatoio, e insonorizzatotramite una cappottatura metallica rivestita di materiale fonoassorbente. Il funzionamento privo di vibra-zioni è stato ottenuto interponendo tamponi appositamente studiati con caratteristiche antivibranti. Moltedelle soluzioni adottate nei compressori “SO” sono già il frutto di esperienze acquisite e sperimentate nellaserie verticali. Una delle caratteristiche di questi modelli è che possono essere installati in ogni punto dellafabbrica, poichè rispondono perfettamente alle normative CEE.

Questa serie di compressori e stata realizzata per risolvere il proble-ma «rumore» negli ambienti di lavoro. Oggi il livello di rumorositàraggiunto da questi compressori silenziati è eccezionalmente basso,può essere installato direttamente nei posti di lavoro, perchè rispondeperfettamente alle norme CEE. La riduzione della rumorosità è stataottenuta racchiudendo la macchina entro un mobile insonorizzato conspeciali pannelli fonoassorbenti ad alta densità autoestinguente.L’aspirazione dell’aria per la compressione e il raffreddamento avvie-ne attraverso un condotto ricavato tra i pannelli. I compressori silen-ziati non differiscono dalle normali unità di serie e danno la stessaresa d’aria. Si tratta di una centrale di compressione autonoma, costi-tuita di un compressore a pistoni con cilindri e testata di ghisa, di unmotore elettrico, di un piccolo serbatoio e di tutti gli accessori per laregolazione ed il controllo, in linea con le normative internazionali disicurezza. È un compressore compatto, posto verticalmente per unamigliore utilizzazione dello spazio, estremamente silenzioso, senzaalcuna necessità di fondazioni e pronto per l’impiego.La sua gammava da 2 a 10 CV di potenza. Per la sua messa in funzione non èrichiesto nessun intervento specializzato: basta una presa di correntee il compressore entra in funzione silenziosamente.

This line of air compressors is designed to resolve the problem of«noise» in work areas. The noise created by these silent piston aircompressors is very low, and they can be installed right at the workstation. They totally comply with CEE rules.Noise reduction is obtained by enclosing the machine inside a sound-proofing cabinet, made with special sound-absorbing panels.Compression and cooling air intakes are through a duct madebetween the panels. «Noiseless» compressors do not differmechanically from standard units, and give the same outputs.Each is a self-contained compression unit, consisting of a pistoncompressor with head and cylinders in cast iron, an electrical motor, asmall tank, and all control and regulation accessories; totally complywith international safety standard.Compressors are compact, installed vertical to best exploit availablespace, produce very little noise, need no foundations, and are readyto use.Compressors range goes from 2 to 10 HP in power rating. ESSICCATORI - DRIERS

Il serbatoio all’interno del compressori è fornito di tuttii particolari necessari per un buon funzionamento:pressostato, valvola di ritegno, valvola di sicurezza econnessione di uscita.

Il filtro di aspirazione e il salvamotore nei modelli SV43/85, SV 52/105, SV 60/110, SV 60/120 sono monta-ti nella zona fredda della macchina.

In tutti i modelli, viene montata una ventola che assie-me al volano genera un doppio e forzato flusso d’arianecessario per il raffreddamento.

A richiesta i modelli: SV 60/2 e SV 43/85 sono fornitianche con il motore monofase 230 V.

Questa serie di compressori modello “SO” orizzontali su serbatoio sono stati realizzati per rendere la mac-china estremamente compatta: il gruppo compressore è stato installato sopra il serbatoio, e insonorizzatotramite una cappottatura metallica rivestita di materiale fonoassorbente. Il funzionamento privo di vibra-zioni è stato ottenuto interponendo tamponi appositamente studiati con caratteristiche antivibranti. Moltedelle soluzioni adottate nei compressori “SO” sono già il frutto di esperienze acquisite e sperimentate nellaserie verticali. Una delle caratteristiche di questi modelli è che possono essere installati in ogni punto dellafabbrica, poichè rispondono perfettamente alle normative CEE.

These series of air compressors model “SO” horizontal on tank are made to produce a very compactmachine: the pump unit is assembled on tank and sound-dampened by a metal cowling with sound-absorbing panels.The silent and without vibration running are made by pads studies with antivibrabon devices.The solution adopted in the “SO” compressors is the result of the study on noiseless air compressor seriesvertical. One of the characteristic of this model is that it can be installed in every point of the work ambientbecause of it’s tested to the CEE rules.

These air compressors on base are machines built for elevatedperformance. There are complete of special tubes of cooling (betweenthe 1st and the 2nd stage) and tubes of delivery, tele-pressure switch,non return valve, safety valve and flywheel in cast iron. The modelswith pressure 30 and 35 bar are supplied with heat exchanger andelectro-fan between the 1st and 2nd stage, separator and electroniccondensate drain, non return valve Hoerbiger type, suction gauge anddelivery gauge. The air compressors with power from 7.5-12.5 HP arecomplete with star- delta starter in box and solenoid valve. The aircompressors on base must be connected at a tank of adeguate capacityand pressure.

Questo iperpressore o booster è una macchina che fornisce aria com-pressa fino ad un massimo di 35 bar, utilizzando l’aria di linea esisten-te da 6-10 bar, con una portata massima resa di 2300 lt/1’. Sono com-pleti di elettrovalvola di aspirazione, elettrovalvola di scarico, antivi-branti, raffreddatore finale con ventilatore, separatore e scaricatoreelettronico di condensa, manometro di aspirazione, manometro dimandata, teleavviatore stella-triangolo, prefiltro di aspirazione, valvo-la di ritegno e pressostato. Devono essere alimentati da un compresso-re adeguato alla portata richiesta (vedi schema in ultima di copertina).

This hyperhigh-pressure or booster is a machine that makes

compressed air until a max of 35 bar, making the air of line existing

Questa serie di compressori modello “SV-AP” sono stati realizzati per rendere lamacchina estremamente compatta: il grup-po compressore è insonorizzato tramiteuna cappottatura metallica rivestita dimateriale fonoassorbente. Il funzionamen-to privo di vibrazioni è stato ottenuto inter-ponendo tamponi appositamente studiaticon caratteristiche antivibranti.Molte delle soluzioni adottate nei compres-sori “SV-AP” sono già il frutto di esperienzeacquisite e sperimentate nella serie “PAS”.Una delle caratteristiche di questi modelli èche possono essere installati in ogni puntodella fabbrica, poichè rispondono perfetta-mente alle normative CEE.

These series of air compressors model “SV-

AP” are made to produce a very compact

machine: the pump unit is sound-

dampened by a metal cowling with sound-

absorbing panels. The silent and without

compressors is the result of the study on

Di nuovissima progettazione, questi compressori a profilo asimmetri-co, sono stati costruiti secondo le tecnologie più avanzate. Sono statispecificamente realizzati per lavorare a pieno carico 24 ore al giorno eper 7 giorni alla settimana, senza nessun calo di prestazioni. I due roto-ri ruotono con strettissima tolleranza senza toccarsi, immersi in unamiscela d’olio e aria. Ruotando l’aria viene aspirata attraverso il con-dotto di immissione, si miscela con l’olio e si incanala tra i vani chenel frattempo variano di volume, dando cosi inizio al processo di com-pressione. L’olio, oltre che garantire la tenuta e lubrificare i cuscinetti,esporta il calore prodotto dal fenomeno della compressione. L’olio ,poi, viene estratto dal flusso dell’aria compressa, nel separatore a piùstadi, inviato nel radiatore per il raffreddamento e successivamenteimmesso nuovamente in circolazione. Questo calore, opportunamenteconvogliato, può essere utilizzato per riscaldare i locali dell’azienda.L’aria compressa, depurata dall’olio, viene fatta passare nel raffredda-tore finale e mandata in linea. L’estrema semplicità di costruzione fa siche la manutenzione, in pratica, sia ridotta al solo cambio periodicodell’olio, dei filtri dell’aria e dll’olio.

These asymmetric-profile compressors are of ultra-modern design,and built according to the most modern technological concepts. Theyare specifically built to work at a full load 24 hours a day, 7 days aweek, without any drop in performance. The two rotors turn at extre-mely minimal tolerances, without touching, immersed in a mixture ofoil and air. As they rotate they aspirate air in through the imput duct,mix it with the oil and direct it through the vanes that, by changing involume, begin the compression process. The oil, in addition to provi-ding seal and bearing lubrication, removes the heat generated by thecompression process. The oil is extracted from the air flow in themulti-stage separator, and sent to the cooling radiator and subsequen-tly put back in circulation. This heat, opportunely conveyed, can beutilized to heat company buildings. The compressed air, after the oil isremoved, is passed into the final cooling unit and then delivered to thepipeline system. Structural simplicity is so great that maintenance, isvirtually limited to periodic oil changes and replacement of oil and airfilters.

La Parise Compressori ha progettato questa serie di compressori a secco(privi di lubrificazione ad olio) per un uso medicale e dentale. Questo è pos-sibile poiché il gruppo compressore non viene lubrificato ad olio, inoltre l’a-ria compressa prodotta viene raffreddata e successivamente essicata, que-sto per eliminare ogni residuo di condensa che viene prodotta durante il pro-cesso di compressione; infine il serbatoio è trattato internamente per evita-re qualsiasi contaminazione. Otteniamo così aria perfettamente essicata epriva di residui oleosi.

“Parise Compressori” designed this range of dry-type (oil-free) com-pressors mainly for medical and dental use. This is possible since thecompressor group is not lubricated and, on top of that, the generatedcompressed air is cooled and subsequently dryed, in order to eliminateall condensate residue that is produced during the compression process;the air vessel inside surface is treated to avoid any possible contami-nation. We obtain therefore perfectly dry air, deprived of any residualoil traces.
