The development is located adjacent to the historical Simpson Park and consists of 287,000 square feet on about an acre of land. 275 guestrooms are located within a 12 story tower and the hotel includes the following public amenities: main public

lobby contiguous with lounges, a market, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms on the ground level and roof pool deck with cabanas, additional meeting rooms, bar, fitness center and parking within a podium. Back of house areas support the hotel operations. The project is to be certified as Silver LEED.

The Surfside Marriott Residence Inn is a unique Marriott extended-stay hotel as it has been designed with upgraded features that exceed the typical Residence Inn standard. Located one block west of the ocean, the development consists of 98,000 square feet on about 2.2 acres of land, containing 175 guestrooms in four stories, ground level lobby with an eat-in kitchen, bar

and a courtyard as an extension of the lobby, roof pool deck and a fitness center. The hotel is four stories with an adjacent 3 story garage for parking and it is to be certified as Silver LEED.
