• Successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the total bid amount in cash or in the form of demand draft drawn on any scheduled bank at the fall of hammer. Another 15% amount to be deposited within 30 days from the date of auction. The balance 75% amount can be paid in six equal half yearly installments along with interest @12% per annum. Alternatively, the balance amount may be paid without interest in lump sum within 90 days from the date of auction
• The allotment price of the site shall be subject to the area as per the actual measurement of the site at the time of possession • The Letter of Allotment shall be issued to the selected bidder/purchaser after 25% of the Bid amount has been deposited. • PIDB reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the auction process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
