The apartments are pre-wired for multi-room audio throughout,
with discreet in-ceiling speakers fitted as standard in living rooms.
You may purchase a music system that allows you to play different
music in each room or the same music throughout. Listen to music
from your library, or use Sonos (a digital music player) to enjoy
Internet radio, Spotify, Rhapsody and your iTunes collection.
All apartments benefit from a DAB aerial connection as standard.

TELEVISON AND HOME CINEMA
Every apartment comes with multiple feeds from the centrally
installed satellite dishes, so all you need to do is arrange a personal
Sky account. You may decide to have a receiver in any room with a
TV socket and take advantage of the latest high-definition, 3D
digital technology and Freeview channels. Furthermore, there is
data cabling as standard to all TV locations to allow all televisions
to receive the latest Internet TV services such as BBC iPlayer,
LoveFilm, Netflix and Apple TV.
Cabling has also has been included for the supply of one foreign
language satellite feed by negotiation.
The main living space in all apartments is wired to provide for the
subsequent installation of a high-definition flat screen home
cinema system, including 5.1 surround sound. It is possible to
install any audio visual equipment in this area and have the
pictures and sound fed throughout your apartment.

INTELLIGENT LIGHTING CONTROL
The apartments come equipped with programmable mood lighting.
This will allow for all lights to be switched on or off or to a
pre-programmed lighting scene when entering or leaving.
AUTOMATED BLIND CONTROL
All windows are pre-wired for electronic blinds. A huge range of
roller, roman and venetian blinds are available in finishes to suit
your interior design scheme.

DATA AND TELEPHONE
Every apartment benefits from a fibre connection, providing a high
speed and reliable connection to the Internet. All principal rooms are
wired with data sockets. These can be used for secure wired computer
connections, printers, music and video streaming.
All apartments are wired to allow for up to two incoming telephone
lines. It is possible to install a multi-line telephone system if required.

SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL
Discreet flush-mounted colour touchpanels are fitted as standard
and allow residents to speak to the concierge and view visitors,
who can be admitted at the touch of a button.
Each apartment is ready for the installation of a Nacoss-gold
approved intruder alarm. All entry doors are fitted with contacts.
Provision is in place for all other required elements.
TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL
All apartments are pre-wired for in-wall touchscreens. This unit,
in the hallway, allows residents to communicate with visitors or
the concierge, control the comfort cooling, and set light levels.
All apartments are wired in such a way that the purchaser could
add in-wall, portable or table top touchscreens or iPad* to control
the lighting, audio visual, blinds, heating and cooling, and video
entry systems. This will require additional equipment to be
purchased by the apartment owner and further programming and
integration by SMC.
