combined. The pre‐crushing

material is broken down from its

original state and processed into a

receiver bin.

The auger crushes almost everything it's fed, breaking it down into small, uniform sizes. This allows the user to process pallets, display racks and other oversized items, which eliminates the need to bring these items to a transfer sta on or landfill.

The Bottle Buster will pro-cess material as fast as it can be thrown in. It can process 200-300 HDPE con-tainers per minute and 1600-2400 16 oz PET con-tainer per minute.

The system will remove liquid from a variety of containers (Aluminum cans, HDPE, 16 oz Plastic, 2 L Plastic, etc.) and compact the shredded end product. The sys-tem is completely hands-free once the material is fed into the hop-per. If you need to remove liquid from off-spec, old, or damaged product, this equipment is ideal.

The Rotary Bottle Buster is a unique prod-uct that can quickly and efficiently remove liquid from HDPE, PET, Alumi-num Cans, damaged, off-spec product and a host of other containers.

The Rotary Bottle Buster can process a wide variety of containers without adjustment. It is available in 5, 10, and 15 HP and 24" or 36" drum sizes...

Our Bottle Buster system is completely sealed to prevent liquid and material spillage. Drain systems on the Bottle Buster are used to reclaim liquid or send it to waste. Flushing systems keep screens and drain systems clear.
