Workforce Development
august 2011
august 2011
In Mexico the availability of the labor force has not meant a significant obstacle, if it is true that at certain large projects in some localities, in which there is not enough manpower, has been used neighboring localities to solve the situation.
One of the successful strategies for the construction industry was the establishment of two institutions to prepare the workforce of the sector, the ICIC in training and the ITC in education.
Both described below.

The Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry (CMIC), as expressed in previous work sessions, is fully prepared to cooperate with our neighbors to any need for provision of services that involve the workforce. This in the most formal way through the hiring of the companies required.
