Note-The value in each phase represents the total of full project budgets.
The OPSB has $51.2 million in open contracts for the Phase 1 capital program projects after issuing no new contracts, change orders and amendments in August. In addition, the total change orders to date, $493 thousand, accounts for approximately one percent (1.27%) of the total open Phase 1 construction contracts. Finally, OPSB anticipates issuing $27.1 million in new contracts in Phase 1 construction and $167 thousand in professional services contracts/amendments in September.
The RSD has $306 million in open contracts for the Phase 1 capital program projects after issuing no new contracts and $526 thousand in change orders and amendments in August. In addition, the total change orders to date, $7.2 million, accounts for approximately three percent (2.63%) of the total open Phase 1 construction contracts. Finally, RSD anticipates issuing no Phase 1 construction contracts and professional services contracts/amendments in September.

Overview
The RSD has $383 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing $5.4 million in new contracts and $989 thousand in change orders and amendments in August. In addition, the total change orders to date, $8.4 million, account for approximately two percent (1.94%) of the total open construction contracts. RSD anticipates issuing approximately $2.7 million in construction contracts and no professional service contracts/amendments in September.
The OPSB has $84 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing no new contracts, change orders and amendments in August. In addition, the total change orders to date, $1.52 million, account for approximately three percent (2.55 %) of the total open construction contracts. OPSB anticipates issuing approximately $29.9 million in construction contracts and professional service contracts in September.
