collect shavings
• 2 1/2” erasers

Grace died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at
Whitewater Health Services in St. Charles.
Grace was born August 28, 1920 in Zumbrota
to August and Gurina Skordahl. She and Walter
"Jim" Willson were married in 1946. They
moved to St. Charles in 1948. Grace worked at
Home Produce and Travelers Eat Shop before
becoming an in home day care provider for
many years. She was a member of Faith
Lutheran Church in St. Charles, where Grace
was active playing piano for several years. Jim
died in 2008.
Survivors include a daughter, Pat, (Phillip)
Balsama of Pleasanton, CA, three sons; Steve
(Carolyn), Bruce (Jeanne) and Dean (Diana) all
of St. Charles, four grandchildren; Greg and
Matt Willson, Lisa and Brian Balsama and by
two great-grandchildren, Gianna and Sofia.

97 years of age
Ken unexpectedly passed away on
Sunday, June 24th. He had been a
member at Faith since Spring of 2016.
In that short time we met a kind man
who loved girls basketball and old
Country-Western music. We’ve enjoyed
Ken’s presence at Coffee Fellowship,
Thursday morning Bible Study and
more recently helping to keep the pews
stocked with envelopes, yellow cards
and pens and pencils. We will miss his
cheery outlook and friendship very
much. His wife and a son preceded him
in death and he leaves behind a
daughter and a son, granddaughter,
brother and other relatives and friends.
For Ken, heaven is no longer a mystery!
