This event is exclusively for FMG member retailers that carry Serta Motion Adjustable beds.

Which Serta products are included in the event?

Consumers qualify for a gift card by purchase of the following items during the promotional period:One of the following Serta Motion Adjustable Bases:

Motion Comfort * Motion Signature Motion Perfect * Motion Essentials

ANDOne of the following Serta Mattresses:

iComfort * iSeries * BellagioTrump * Perfect Sleeper1 * Serta Memory Foam

The amount of the gift card is determined by the motion base purchased. Purchase including the Motion Custom, Motion Signature and Motion Perfect adjustable foundations qualify for a $200 Gift Card. Purchase of the Motion Essentials adjustable foundation qualifies for a $100 Gift Card.

Serta Adjustable foundations are available in Twin XL, Full (by special order), Queen, King and Cal King. King and Cal King mattresses require two twin KL foundations.

NOTE: A queen set—mattress and foundation will receive one gift card. A king set—mattress and two foundations qualifies for one gift card.

What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card?

1. Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a flyer explaining how to go about getting their gift card. (see flyer, right). Stores have been sent flyers to be given customers at time of sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not available, it is possible to go to the Current News page at www.fmgbuyinggroup.com to download and print a copy of the flyer which can be given to the customer. (A password is required to access this page.)

What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card?

2. Record of qualifying sale.At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Customers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event.This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased.

What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card?

3. Purchased items are delivered to the Customer. Store notifies FMG using the Dealer Worksheet Motion Madness spreadsheet (see prior page) that the Customer should be sent a voucher. FMG notifies Capitol Marketing that the voucher is to be released to the Customer.

What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card?

Here are the steps (continued):

4. Customer receives the voucher from Capitol Marketing. The voucher can be completed in writing and returned to Capitol Marketing by mail OR completed on-line by visiting http://www.sertapyp.comand entering the voucher certificate number. Customer chooses the gift card they wish to receive when completing the voucher.

What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card?

5. Capitol Marketing provides a gift card by mail directly to the Customer. FMG and Retailer are notified by update on the Dealer Worksheet Motion Madness spreadsheet that the gift card has been sent.

How is the event being supported?

Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been ordered for all FMG stores displaying at least one of the Serta Motion Adjustable bases. The banners have grommets so that they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a wall, or hung from the ceiling. Printed card stock, folding tent signs have also been ordered. These banners are available to ship to dealers the week of 8/11/2014. The banners are being produced at no charge. FMG dealers will be responsible for shipping and should provide the appropriate address information and the name of the person(s) to whom banners should be sent.Each store will be responsible to have flyers available for customers that purchase a Serta Adjustable Bed and Mattress during the Motion Madness event from August 21, 2014 through September 8, 2014. Flyers are being sent to stores in advance of the event. A .pdf of the flyer is also posted under Current News on the FMG Website (www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/home.aspx) and may be downloaded by stores as needed.

Suggested information for use in any advertising your store might produce.

Receive gift card by mail-in rebate. Customers will receive a voucher for a gift card from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line. Customer will choose from among the offered gift cards at that time. Offer valid for purchases made between August 21, 2014 and September 8, 2014 only. Only one gift card may be selected per voucher. Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the gift card directly to the consumer in 2 to 4 weeks. In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the gift card issued will be deducted from any refund. Certificates are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances. Voucher must submitted on or before March 1, 2015. All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption. Prior sales excluded.
