    GETTING STARTED HAS NEVER BEEN SO EASYWe want you to succeed on your path of getting healthy and staying active. Sign up for an orientation with a Fitness Leader to become familiar with equipment, a basic weight training program design, update your existing program or discuss what group fitness class would be suitable for you. This service is included in your membership. Approximately 1 hour in length

    GROUP RXGroup Rx is the prescription for Group Fitness strength training that you will want to experience! It is designed to be achievable by the average person, yet allows seasoned lifters and other well-conditioned participants to work at their level. The program uses exercises from traditional strength training and matches movement to music to create a simple, fun, and effective way to strength train!     Abs & Buns: A variety of exercises designed to tone the areas we all love to work on.

    Better Bones Chair Aerobics: Wanting to begin an exercise program and dont know where to start? This program is for you. Join us for this fun, social interactive workout all based from a chair. This program is also designed for those who have osteoporosis and those at risk. Come and exercise in a safe environment.

    Bike & Body: Fast hard workout; 30 minutes of biking, followed by 30 minutes of full body exercise.

    Boot Camp: This class helps to build confi dence, strength and physical stamina. Participants are challenged to push the boundaries of their endurance in order to reach their fi tness and health goals.

    Core Conditioning: Challenge your strength, balance & agility using the stability ball, dumbells & your body weight.

    Cross Fire: Interval training using a variety of equipment that hits every muscle. A combination of cardio & core.

    Circuit Class: Maximize results in a minimum amount of time! Resistance training + aerobics + FUN! Held in the circuit room.

    Dancercize: A fun way to stay in shape. Learn a variety of basic dance routines as well as exercises for toning.

    Easy Rider: Geared towards beginner indoor cyclists. We review bike set up complete drills, then add some weights in second 1/2, and end with a stretch.

    Fitness In A Chair: For those who have diffi culty with balance. Class includes cardio, toning and stretching.

    Group Cycling: Instructor leads riders through a warm-up, drills with hills, speed play and much more, ending with a cool down. Pre sign up required.

    Group Rx: Extremely eff ective strength training, using traditional exercises and great music. For all fi tness levels.

    Group Rx Fusion: Group Rx workout fused with intervals of diff erent techniques to keep you engaged.

    Group Walking: Walking around the Northills Mall. 45 minutes of various walking drills to increase your cardiovascular fi tness.

    High Energy Step: For those who love high energy and challenging routines. Not recommended for beginners.

    HIIT: High Intensity Interval training revs up the fat burning process. The fi rst portion of class is short and intense cardio. Second half is full body strength training to challenge your power and endurance.

    Kick-Fit: Unleash your inner warrior in this total body, mixed martial arts-inspired class designed to improve your cardio and strength. Kick, punch and kata to fi ercely energetic music.

    Line Dancing: Challenge the mind and body and have fun. Variety of music. Beginners welcome.

    PBS: Posture, Balance and Strength. Keep moving and discover your strength through core exercises. A great class for beginners, seniors and participants that may be doing rehabilitation. Class includes the use of dumbbells, tubing, and balls.

    Rear Attitude: This class is all about the lower half of the body. Youll need attitude to get through this challenging class.

    Stretch & Roll: Enjoy a relaxing hour of stretching combined with myo-facia releases by using a soft foam roller to roll out any stressed muscles. Leave feeling lengthened & relaxed.

    Step N' Sculpt: A great combination of step and toning.

    Spin & abs: 45 minutes of indoor cycling challenges combined with 15 minutes of ab attack.

    Stretch for Health: Gentle stretching to improve your fl exibility, balance, coordination & body awareness, set to relaxing music. Suitable for all.

    Sunday Surprise: Sunday fun - 1 hour of a surprise workout (TRX, weights, tabata, spin, Zumba, bands, step, ect.)

    Tabata: This program can be completed in as little as 4 minute intervals. This high intensity interval training off ers more health benefi ts than traditional cardio exercises.

    Tai-Chi Yoga: Wake up and warm up with Tai-Chi/Yoga fusion! This 60-minutes class is inspired by yoga, tai-chi all pilates and is designed to build strength, balance and fl exibility. Enjoy a 10-minute guided meditation at the end of class. Suitable for all.

    TRX & Cardio: The ultimate workout class! Try 30 minutes of the TRX Suspension Training System, along with an intense 30 minute heart pumping cardio session. TRX is the best TOTAL BODY strength conditioning tool.

    Simply Yoga: Simply a great class for beginner yogis. Learn traditional yoga poses, with modifi cations for all levels. Classes will include a little yoga philosophy, breathing exercises, strengthening poses, stretching poses and relaxation poses. Bring your mat and practice some yoga with us!

    Yoga stretch: Designed to focus on relaxation and increasing range of motion through basic yoga moves and stretching. A great way to get reading for your week ahead.

    Is Exercise in Disguise! This Latin-based dance fi tness program is sure to have you laughing, sweating and having a blast as you tone and shape your whole body.     SHALLOW-FITA shallow water cardiovascular class incorporating a variety of exercises for the lower and upper body.

    TURBO PUMPThis noon-hour class is an intense cardio workout incorporating both upper and lower body. The class will finish with a stretch component.

    HYDRO-FITA deep water cardiovascular strength training fitness class.Done with aquatic flotation belts.

    GENTLE AQUA-FIT:A shallow water class with low to moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise with minimal impact. Balance, core strength, resistance exercises and stretching are included.
