As editor of NextTribe, I come across scores of accomplished women in our 45-plus age groupwho feel as if they’ve become invisible and diminished. In fact, midlife is our time to forge fresh life paths, pivot in our careers, start businesses and take on new adventures. I decided to launch NextTribe Out Loud as a forum that allows women who are leaders in politics, business and the arts to be SEEN and HEARD.
Women our age aren’t going to quietly leave the stage of life—we’re going to own it.
