• In general, weather in Australia is rather tropical. As it is an island surrounded by oceans, the average temperature varies throughout the country.

• Alice Springs is generally the warmest of the three cities with temperatures year round ranging from 20 degrees to 32 degrees on average.

• Melbourne and Sydney share similar weather patterns of between 16 degrees and 26 degrees on average, however, Melbourne does get quite cold at night with a minimum of 6 degrees.

Landmarks

• Most Australian cities have famous landmarks that are renown worldwide.

• Sydney has the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House along with Centrepoint Tower and Darling Harbour.

• Melbourne has the Yarra River, Eureka Tower and Flinders Street Station.

• Alice Springs is home to Uluru, one of Australia’s most famous landmarks.

• Each of these landmarks are incredible in their own.

Culture

• Australian culture is extremely diverse with a large contingent of multinationals having moved to Australia over the past eight decades.

• Melbourne culture is very similar to that of in Europe with a very laid back type atmosphere most of the time with large amounts of people from the Mediterranean.

• Sydney culture is also very diverse though always rapidly growing, it is a very busy city that represents Australia’s cultural diversity alone.

• In Alice Springs you will find a very native Australian type of culture where land is extremely significant and technology is way behind.

Fashion

• Melbourne is the fashion capital of Australia, although Sydney is renown for its diverse fashion sense

• Alice Springs is renown for its authentic indigenous Australian type fashion statement.

• It is important to keep with the ages when it comes to fashion Australia is a tourist destination that is frequently visited and the diversity present in the country allows for such fashion statements to be made.
