The major access point - Kanayama

Kanayama station is a major gate of Nagoya as

well as Nagoya Station. ARMS is eight minutes

walk from Kanayama station close to downtown

Sakae. Therefore, it is very convienient for the

students to commute to ARMS.

※ ARMS will interview applicants and sponsors near the places of residence or through SKYPE.

※ Application documents should be faxed or mailed to ARMS for the prior check. If there are any

deficiency or discrepancy, we will ask you to correct them. After checking documents, applicants

must send the final application documents by EMS/DHL or bring them directly to ARMS.

１．Course

２．Eligible person■ Those who wish to enter university, a graduate school, a technical college, etc.

■ Those who have a clear purpose of studying abroad and an ability to be able to study at high school in Japan as well.

■ Those who are stable economically to be able to study without any problems.

３．Admission qualification・Those who have completed more than 12 years of school education or a course equivalent to it.

・Those who have an ability of Japanese language equivalent to Level 5 of JLPT or Level F of J-TEST or more.

・Those who are expected to be permitted to enter Japan through the valid procedure.

・Those who have a trustworthy guarantor or person who we can contact.

４．Period and method of application2 years courses (Start on April)/ Apply between August and early November of the previous year

1.5 years courses (Start on October)/ Apply between February and early May of the same year

・Application method

（1） An applicant or a financial guarantor brings documents to ARMS Japanese language school.

（2） If an applicant or a financial guarantor is not living in Japan, an application form will be sent by mail directly.

①The selection fee and admission fee are non-refundable for any reasons.

② Only if you are denied a study visa, tuittion and the other expenses that you have already paid will be refunded.

However, in that case, a certificate proving that you are denied a study visa is required.

③ After you are qualified for a study visa before entering into Japan, if it becomes difficult for you to enroll for any reasons

tutition as well as the other expenses will be refunded.

However, in that case, a certificate proving cancellation of a visa is required.

④ For the first half year after entering our school as an International student, if you leave our school for any reasons,

tuition and the other expenses will not be refunded. It also applies to those who change your visa type in the first half year.

⑤ If you leave our school by the reason of yourself in case of in the middle of the semester, the tuition as well as the others expenses

will not be refunded. In the case of the next semester's tuition had already paid, it will be refunded.

By this case, for those who go back to their own country, after confirming that surely go back, for those who change their visa type,

after confirming that surely change the visa, we will proceed the refund procedures.
