Preventive maintenance.

Record is maintained for each machinery.

Each machine runs for 12 hrs a day.

Backup is available for each machinery in case of any repair or break down.

Inventory Management

Raw material is acquired from Gobindgarh.

Minimum & Maximum level of stock is taken into consideration before placing a order.

Order is placed when the stock reaches the minimum level.

5 to 10 percent is raw material wastage.

Order is placed 1 week before the stock reaches minimum level .

Production ReportDaily production report is made at MEBESTO.
