Presently we get database from Community Colleges in CDs or through e-mail

Delay in getting data from Some Community Colleges Scattered database in varied structures from different

Community Colleges Because of Varied structure, problem in merging the

data Data received in excel sheets which is converted in

database Data received in the un-approved courses/programmes Sometimes data without Course Codes
