The PDCP1200 is a paddle assisted colloidal grout mixer. This combination allows both high shear colloidal mixing as well as paddle agitation simultaneously. After the mixing process is complete the colloidal mills can be powered-down and the paddle agitator continue. This will conserve energy and avoid generating unwanted heat to the mix. Restarting the colloidal mills allows rapid discharge of the mix at pressures up to 30 psi (2 bar) and flows up to 185 gpm (700 liters/min), for each mill.

This unique mixing action allows rapid mixing of grout/sand mixes up to a sand/cement ratio of 4:1 and meat cement grouts with water/cement ratios as low as 0.36:1 without additives of lower ratios with plasticisers or superplasticisers. These mixers are also very efficient as mixing bentonite and other clay products as the process accelerates hydration and makes a more stable product.

The CP series of mixers are also available in different tank sizes ranging from 1000 to 6000 liters (264 to 1584 gallons). These mixers have output ranges from 8 to 25 cubic meters per hour (282 to 883 cubic feet per hour) depending on the design and feed rates. They can also be fitted with load cells and weighing systems to ensure a more accurate and consistent batch.
