Advertisement Policies

Payment - Payment is accepted in € (Euro) currency only. - All prices net, 19% VAT to be added, if applicable. - Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (all bank costs to be covered by sender). - Avant Première charges 5% handling fee for credit card payments. - Payment is to be completed within 4 weeks after invoicing. Canellation and refunds - Any cancellation must be received in writing. - Refund is subject to a 20% administrative charge. - No refunds after 30 November 2014, no insert refunds after 15 January 2015.

Validation and liability -BookingisvaliduponwrittenconfirmationbytheIMZ. -TheIMZisnotresponsibleforany3rdpartyliability incurred by delegates as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the event. - Booking orders are accepted subject to capacity.
