  • Lab23 - Configuring Embedded File System

    Take a back up of the current IP office and testing configuration backup files works

    Select Save Configuration as

  • Enter a name for the backup configuration file

  • System failed to load config as it has been erased

    Select File - Offline - Open file

  • password=password

  • Keep an eye on any digital sets that are plug in - Once set initializes the system is ready!

  • Check IP address and version - Ensure its correct

    Enter password=Administrator

    Check that all data configurations are back

  • Memory SD card - Shutdown

  • Take a look at the rear of IP Office Control unit - SD LED indication should be OFF

    Remove SD card

  • To re-create SD crad

    Using a SD card reader - Insert A-Law SD card(Please ALERT Instructor before doing this)

    Select the following:

  • After about 1 minute and 30 sec, this screen appears

  • DO NOT REMOVE SD CRAD AT THIS TIME, PLEASE SEE PROGRESS

    INDICATOR

  • Select OK - System SD card successfully rcreated

  • Formatting SD Card - This will erase the SD card COMPLETLY

    Backup All recorded announcements from Embedded File System - DYNAMIC-

    LVMAIL - AAG

  • The screen does show any updates - Please wait.....................................

    The SD card is completely ERASED

  • Wait for this screen to appear approx = 40 sec

  • Wait for SD card to complete - See progress Indicator

  • Select OK

    Check SD card from my computer

  • Insert SD card to rear of Control unit

  • Check the rear of control unit that SD LED is ON

  • Restore all recordings and reboot IP Office

  • Test announcements from AA

  • Performing a system reboot

  • Lookout on any connected Digital stations - It will be disconnected

    Once DS initializes IP office is ready to be login again
