One-X portal for Avaya IP Office is a web application that is accessed using your web browser. You can perform the following actions:

Avaya Communicator for Windows

Avaya Communicator for Windows provides enterprise users with simple access to all the communication channels in a single interface. Avaya Communicator enables you to log into your company IP Office server and make and receive voice and video calls from your desk phone extension using your PC. Communicator enables you to:

Send email messages

Send instant messages

View the presence status of other users

Access your call history

Access your system and enterprise contacts, as well as your personal contacts and Microsoft® Office® contacts

Manage your presence status

Outlook Integration with Click To Dial

Brings all the features from one-X Portal to Outlook for easy access including instant messaging,

system directory, and click to dial, screen pops, and call history and voicemail.

Skype for Business / Lync Integration

The Skype for Business/Lync plug-in adds a bar to the bottom of your client that lets you make calls

through the IP Office and shows you who is on the phone.

The Lync Integration telephony presence implementation enables the Busy – In A Call status for a Skype user.

Avaya Communicator for iPad

Avaya Communicator for iPad brings all the Avaya Communicator features to your favorite hand

held tablet. It allows you to see presence information, see the system directory, send IMs and make

voice and video calls.

One-X Mobility Preferred for Android and iPhone

One-X Mobility brings all the features of IP Office to your cell phone. It enables you to make calls

through IP Office, access the system directory, check availability, IM, access visual voicemail and

have calls that ring your extension ring to your cell. It also has a VoIP mode feature that lets you

make calls via Wi-Fi instead of using minutes.

Web Collaboration

Web Collaboration provides web-based conferencing and online meeting tools that enable your

organization’s members and invited guests to join in conference calls and group meetings on site or

from remote locations.

Participants can quickly join the conference by logging in to Collaboration Agent and then dialing

into the bridge number assigned to the conference call. An audio-only participant joins the

conference by dialing in to the audio bridge. A conference owner can also dial out to users and add

the users as participants. Additional participants can even be invited to join a conference already in

progress.
