Avenida da Liberdade was built in 1886, to the image of the boulevard Champs-Elisées of Paris, with its gar-dens and lakes. Its construction was a milestone in the expansion of the city to the north, and quickly became a reference for the upper classes.

Today this avenue is home to diverse national and international compa-nies becoming Lisbon’s prime office location. It’s the main destination to luxury high-end retail brands such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Cartier, Max Mara, Armani, Gucci among others. This unique building has a fully ap-proved project for its transformationto a 5-star Hotel, with 85 roomscomprising 5,568.50 m2 in 11 floors above ground and 2,080 m2 of service areas in the basements.

This project comprises the construc-tion of two new building, one main-taining the original facade and facing Avenida da Liberdade and the other facing the Av. Rodrigues Sampaio, linked by the ground-floors.
