Head Coach: Rachel Bachman Rachel is a native of Northern NY where she competed for Clarkson University in both Nordic skiing and Cross Country Running. While competing, Bachman took 7 th and 9 th in USCSA National Championships earning All American Status and assisted her team to an overall victory in 2012. On foot, she led her team as captain and placed 3 rd overall in the 2012 Conference Championship. She is also an avid cyclist, hiker, and lover of the outdoors. Spend your summer training with us!

Increase ski specific strength and overall fitness in the off season

Raise your aerobic threshold through trail running, cycling, and hiking to improve performance in all athletic pursuits

Learn plyometric, core exercise, and cross fit routines to increase speed and power

Utilize the knowledge of coaches to excel from a distance through online coaching services

Program Dates: 10 weeks

June 10th – August 16th

Monday: 4-6 PM

Wednesday: 3-6 PM

Thursday: 4-6 PM

Sunday: 8 AM – 12 PM

We also plan to offer opportunities for additional training such as morning lifting, stretch and yoga classes after practices, and additional fun outdoor adventures with guest coaching staff.

Program Fees:

To accommodate family travel and vacation schedules, AVSC offers the ability to sign up for segments of the summer program according to the amount the athlete will be able to attend. Athletes signing up for longer than one week may use their enrollment to attend summer training in non-consecutive weeks.

1 day “drop in” - $45

1 week - $170

2 weeks - $320

4 weeks - $620

10 weeks - $1,500

Online Coaching - $100

* Online coaching is complimentary if signing up with the 10-week program
