Our SPARK Awards were a great success again this year—winners represented a diverse cross-section of departments, positions, and levels of experience at TYCROP. Teammates who have been with us from one year to over fifteen years were recognized for making a difference at TYCROP. SPARK Awards truly are a peer recognition award—peers voted, peers reviewed nominations, and peers selected the award winners.
