Jon is a popular and provocative speaker and course tutor, a highly experienced HR practitioner and consultant. Jon has worked as a consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and at Director level of Human Capital Consulting for
Penna and Buck Consultants, “the HR consultancy arm of HR out-sourcing firm ACS.”, Jon has also worked as an HR Director for Ernst & Young, in Europe and the former USSR. Jon now consults indepen-dently through Strategic Dynam-ics, a consultancy firm that he founded.
Jon is a Member of the BPS, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA and a Certified International Management Consul-tant.
