AYNLA Philippines is the pioneer professional organization for young Filipino leaders in nursing and healthcare committed to achieving the international programs of AYNLA International and to providing career opportunities, professional growth and leadership development of world-class Filipino nurses worldwide.

12-Point MissionWith this vision, AYNLA International shall uphold its mission to:

• Attain Professional Standards through holistic Leadership;• Work for Nurses’ Welfare globally;• Assist new nurses in employment & practice in the profession;•Discover potential artistic talents of members & provide avenues for exposure and development;•Strengthen internal capacities and capabilities for better quality health care services by members;•Respond to the changing health needs of the global society through advocacy and activism;

•Conduct seminars, summits, conferences and research studies;•Fund, support or find funding for scholarships in post-graduate education;•Empower young nurses and other members through active participation in activities of nation-building, youth empowerment and global partnerships & exchanges;•Mobilize members to continuously impact the organization making it more sustainable and independent especially on its finances; •Help achieve the 8 Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations; and •Establish strong linkages with national and international agencies in the attainment and furtherance of its organizational goals.
