Open browser and type URL https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in

Login with your SSO ID and Password

2 APPLICATION EXECUTION

After Login, SSO Dashboard will open. Click on Search Apps on SSO dashboard and type ABMGRSBY.

Click on ABMGRSBY

A dashboard will open of Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Swasthya Bima Yojana

Click on Universal Seeding module for Citizen on dashboard

4 BENEFICIARY CATEGORIES UNDER ENTITLEMENT TYPE TO BE REGISTERED

There are 5 Categories under Entitlement type:

1. NFSA (National Food Security Act):- If Entitlement type shows NFSA, then already registered under scheme

2. SECC (Socio Economic Caste Census):- If Entitlement type shows SECC, then already registered under scheme

3. Contractual:- If Entitlement type shows N/A, then register for the scheme as FreeContractual

4. Small Marginal Farmers(SMF):- If Entitlement type shows N/A, then register for the scheme as FreeSMF

5. Other/Paid:- If Entitlement type shows N/A, then register for the scheme as OTHER/PAIDContractual

5 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Documents Required:-

1. Jan Aadhar Card/ Jan Aadhar Card Number

2. Jan Aadhar ACK ID

3. Aadhar Card Number

6 UNIVERSAL SEEDING FOR CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES

For Contractual employees of department :-

I. Self-adding of member details through registration

II. Adding members by department user

III. Jan Aadhar already seeded as Contractual

I. Self-adding of member details through registration:-

1. Click on Registration for Chiranjeevi Yojana

A page will open, for Contractual Employees

1. First click on Category – FREE

2. Then in Sub-category, select Contractual

3. Tick the checkbox, I agree for janaadhar data, Identity type field will open.

4. Select any one identity type from the given- Bhamashah Family ID/Bhamashah Enrol ID/Jan Aadhar ID/ Jan

Aadhar Ack ID. (For example select Jan Aadhar and enter Jan Aadhar no. in the box provided)

5. After that enter the ID number in the box provided

6. Click on Search Beneficiary

Jan Aadhar details will open

1. Now, Click on for Free Beneficiary [CNT]

A detailled page will open

1. First select the identity type from the given- Bhamashah Family ID/Bhamashah Enrol ID/House Hold ID/Jan Aadhar ID/ Jan Aadhar Ack ID

2. Then enter the identity number in the space provided 3. Click on Search Beneficiary, the details of Jan Aadhar ID opens

Then select the members

1. By clicking on the square box, multiple members can be selected 2. Fill details like Employment type, Department Name, District of Posting.

Swipe/move screen left and fill other details like urban/rural, posting city, ward, block, Address of posting, Contract end date, mobile no.

After that click on I declare and choose and upload a file of self-affidavit document and then click on submit

Data submitted for approval as per the department selected

After this an Esign window will open, provide Esign

After attaching the self-affidavit Esign, a policy will be generated, the user will be able to download the Insurance

Policy by SSO or by Emitra.

II. Adding Contractual members by department user:

First Click on Universal Seeding in the left menu

1. First select the identity type from the given- Bhamashah Family ID/Bhamashah Enrol ID/House Hold ID/Jan Aadhar ID/ Jan Aadhar Ack ID

2. Then enter the identity number in the space provided 3. Click on Search Beneficiary, the details of Jan Aadhar ID opens 4. Then select the member/members by clicking on the square box 5. Fill details like Employment type, District of Posting, urban/rural, posting city…

6. Swipe/move screen left and fill ward, block, Address of posting, Contract end date, mobile no.

7. After filling all details, click on Submit. Details saved successfully message will come.




III. Jan Aadhar already seeded as Contractual:-

1. Click on Registration for Chiranjeevi Yojana

A page will open, for Contractual Employees


3. Then in Sub-category, select Contractual

5. Select any one identity type from the given- Bhamashah Family ID/Bhamashah Enrol ID/Jan Aadhar ID/ Jan Aadhar

Ack ID. (For example select Jan Aadhar and enter Jan Aadhar no. in the box provided)



Jan Aadhar details will open, for already seeded, an Esign window will open, provide Esign

After Attaching the self-affidavit Esign, a policy will be generated, the user will be able to download the Insurance

7 UNIVERSAL SEEDING FOR SMALL MARGINAL FARMERS

For Small Marginal Farmers :-

I. Self-adding of member details through registration

II. Jan Aadhar already seeded as SMF

I. Self-adding of member details through registration:-

Click on Registration for Chiranjeevi Yojana

A page will open, for Small Marginal Farmers


2. Then in Sub-category, select SMF

1. Now, Click on for Free Benificary[SMF]

A Land Details (Apna Khata) page will open

1. Select the Member, District, Tehsil, Village, Khata no., etc. and click on add

2. After That upload JamaBandi Document, click on choose file and select file

3. Click on Save Land Detail




II. Jan Aadhar already seeded as SMF

A page will open, for Small Marginal Farmers








For already seeded members, Is SMF will be Yes. After this an Esign window will open, provide Esign.

8 UNIVERSAL SEEDING FOR OTHER/PAID

7. Enter Mobile no., Email ID and Remarks

8. Click on Pay, You will be redirected to the payment gateway
