Customer visits your website and if,based on their IP, they are located nearone of your brick & mortar stores, theyare presented with an option to shop avirtual store for same day pickup.
SELECT THE STORECustomer is then brought to storelocator to select the store closest tothem, or the store they would like toorder from with same day pickup.
CHOOSE PRODUCT CATEGORY
Once store is selected, thedepartments, brands, and productcategories are loaded from thatspecific store's point of sale inventoryfor the customer to browse online,instantly.
BROWSE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS
With the category selected, the customer ispresented with a live inventory of theproducts, sizes and styles available at thatspecific store. Customer can browse andshop on their own or ask questions and getassistance from a virtual store associate.
VIEW PRODUCT INFO
Product descriptions and images areloaded from existing eCommerce data, or ifyou don’t have an existing eCommercewebsite, store associates can uploadpictures from a smartphone, directly to thevirtual store. Short descriptions, as well asavailable sizes & styles will be pulled fromyour point of sale data for the customer'schosen store.
CUSTOMER CHECKOUT
The checkout process supports multiplepayment types and automaticallycalculates the sales tax based on theselected store’s location. Your customerscan choose from either in-store orcurbside pickup.
ORDER PROCESSEDThe customer's order is then automaticallyprocessed and sent to the Celerant curbsidepickup application. Your store associates canthen prepare the order for pickup and printthe receipt.
READY FOR PICKUP
Once order is prepared the storeassociate marks the order as ‘readyfor pickup’ in the curbside webapplication. The customer will thenautomatically receive a text messagenotifying them their order is ready.
CUSTOMER ARRIVES
Customer then drives to the store'sdesignated pickup location. Once theyarrive they click the link they recievedin the text message, this will notify thestore associate that the customer hasarrived.
CURBSIDE DROPOFF
The store associate brings the order outto the customer and drops it off incustomers back seat or trunk, completingthe contactless delivery. Associate thenmarks the delivery as 'complete' in theCelerant curbside pickup application.
