Advance Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2020- 21)

Procedure for Provisional Admission -

Please visit www.bkbirlacollegekalyan.com ->Admission -> Online Admission Form.

1. Select New User Creation ->Fill up your basic information given in form-> then click on Pay fees

button-> After payment of Admission form & Prospectus fees of Rs 100/- -> You will receive

message comprising User ID and Password on your registered mobile.

2. If you have not received user id and password on your registered mobile Please visit www.bkbirlacollegekalyan.com ->Admission -> Online Admission Form.

Select New User Creation -> then click on Search form

Click on print and save as pdf

3. After getting User ID, Password, please visit www.bkbirlacollegekalyan.com ->Admission -

> Online Admission Form.

4. Check all the details in the Admission Form properly (uploaded photo and sign will be used

for I-Card, Your form details will be used for future communication).

5. Admission form will be verified by the College online (Name of students listed in Merit will

be displayed on college website in Notice section (Scrolling).

6. Once verification is over, students will receive message to proceed to payment gateway for

Online Fees Payment.

7. After receiving the message students are expected to proceed for the Payment Process which

is available in menu admission->online admission -> student login on part 5 page (Guardian

details page).

8. Click on Pay Fees button. You will be directed to HDFC Payment Gateway.

You will get options for payment –

• Debit Card - No Charges

• Net banking - Service Charges Rs. 17/- plus taxes per transaction as applicable in

student account

• Credit Card – Service charges 1% on Amount plus taxes as applicable in student

account

9. Complete the payment process. Your fee receipt will be generated automatically. Save the Fee

receipt on your mail ID / mobile and Print it (if possible) for future use (Print Screen).

(If amount deducted from account and showing transaction failure on birla college website. Pl

login again and check download fee receipt available or not)

1. Entire Course fees is 28,000/-.

2. All admissions will be provisional, and are subjected to confirmation by DTE and MSBTE

after submission of Original Marksheet and other certificates.
