1. What is industry? How do the standards improveconformity, harmony, profitability & global acceptance of an industry by its self-assessment?.

Draw single line electrical wiring diagram of power distribution board at a factory or a house containing neutral & earth wires along with necessary main switches, separators, meters, cutouts, CBS, ELCB's (GFI's), Fuses etc as per standards. Discuss safety, convenience of repair & replacement of electric parts achieved by the distribution board.

3. Draw & explain in detail construction and working of an earth leakage circuit breaker. Why is it essential to install ELCB in Homes & Industry? What is the roll of system & neutral earthing in the operation ofELCB.
