The most important detailsat a glance:

MEIKO pump system: Pumpimpeller and housing all in heavygauge stainless steel, without edgesor corners, circumferal suction areaon tank floor. Easily accessible pumphousing. Replacement of sliding sealwithout removal of the pump motor.

Emptying the tank: The tank canbe emptied automatically using thedrain pump. The standard model istried and tested, and absolutelyreliable: a stand pipe with combinedsieve drawer (a MEIKO specialty).

MEIKO V-tank with roundededges: Tank housing welded in onesingle piece, rounded at the mostimportant points. Tank interiorsdesigned for excellent visualinspection, no possibility of dirt build-up along the edges.

MEIKO heat-recovery system:Central waste air suction channelleddirectly to the cooling register..For cleaning purposes the register canbe pulled easily onto the roof of themachine. The front plate also servesas trough.

Waste removal: The complete feedingzone bottom is covered by two coarsefilters. The food debris fall directly onthe coarse filter. An additional fine filterabove the CSS-tank retains even thesmallest food particles. The considerablyreduced soilage of the wash waterenables a reduction of the detergentconsumption.

Manifold wash system:Optimized cross-section and nozzlearrangements. No troublesomepenetration of rear wall – thereforeno leakage even after years ofservice. Insertion and removing ofthe manifold wash systemunbelievably easy.

Machine feeding section: Practicaldish storage surface for ease ofhandling. When required, claddingelements (panels) are easily removedfor access or for cleaning andmaintenance purposes. Sloping washtank with an integrated self-cleaningsystem.

MEIKO CSS-Top wash watercyclone: In addition to the filter sievesystem, there are integrated wash watercyclones in both the upper and lowerwash arms that continually filter eventhe finest suspended particles from there-circulating water. First class integrationwith the other CSS-Top componentsresults in the remarkable saving of upto 80 % on detergent consumption.

TopAir-Collection: The picture showsthe AirboxPlus-construction includinga heat pump (without waste air connec-tion). The air box ensures the mixing ofall incoming airflows and an equaldistribution of the air into the room,thus eliminating condensation on theceiling. The louvre elements of the unitare easily removable, and can bewashed routinely within the warewashing machine.

Rounded edges with a 20mm radiusreducing waste deposits and improvingcleanability.

All around insulation of the wholesurface. Completely smooth rear wall in onepiece, without breakthroughs. Maximum noiseand heat insulation.

The MEIKO Waste-Starvacuum waste extractsystem. In this example afeeding section with an openingfor the disposal of organickitchen waste and food wasteextracts the waste automatically,simplifies the work of the wash-up staff, and is time-saving. It isavailable in a wide selection ofinstallation possibilities.

As an advanced variant, for atruly rationalized automated unit,the MEIKO Plate StackerTS 1800 can be installed at thedischarge end of the dishwash.It stacks plates automaticallyform the crockery conveyor ontotube type plate dispenser trollies.Capacity: 30 plates/min = 1.800plates/hour.
