AIM : A DECISION MAKING AID

• The tool = aid• Aims :

▫ To make easier the understanding of the socio-economic files▫ To objectivize and validate the socio-economic files ▫ Uniformize the socio-économique files ▫ To give documents to the communes during the decision

making process ▫ To establish a constructive dialog between all the concerned

actors of a project: the commune of installation , the bordering communes, real estates firm and the socio-economic national comity gathering the different lobbies on this matter (Middle Class, consumer representatives…)

The tool doesn’t substitute for the decision making
