4. Conduct a public hearing and take ac-tion regarding the petition of Michael David-son and Brian Scott for a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Four-Family Dwelling District (4F), in the City of Paris, Block 70-B, Lot 10, LCAD 14723, located at 1629 Pine Bluff.
5. Conduct a public hearing and take ac-tion regarding the petition of Michael David-son and Brian Scott for a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Four-Family Dwelling District (4F), in the City of Paris, Block 70-B, Lot 11, LCAD 14724, lo-cated at 1639 Pine Bluff.
