On a full moon night... A young girl was walking alone through a dark avenue. As soon as she approached the end of the street, she heard a melancholic song... The pitched voiced seemed to be crying. Thus, the girl stopped and turned around searching the voice’s owner... But , it was in vain. In the meantime, the voice kept silent... So, she kept on walking. Suddenly, the song restarted, but now it was louder than the last time and much more disturbing. The girl was feeling scared and - guided by instinct – she started to run. However, after she could escape, a frightening girl’s spectrum appeared in front of her.

She got paralyzed and trembled when the spectrum said, whining: “Help me!” and disappeared in the fog. The next day, coming back from work, exhausted, because she couldn’t stop thinking about that girl of the Third Avenue. So, she decided to go though the same way motivated to talk again to the girl. Minutes later, she came to the Avenue. She took a deep breath and walked to the place where she heard the song. Soon later, the music sounded loud... The courageous girl walked a bit... and... there was she, the eerie girl.

“You asked for my help, didn’t you?” I inquired her... “how can I help you?”. The spectrum said nothing, it just walked toward an old house on the other side of the street. The girl followed her, as she walked, she paid attention to details of the house: the careless backyard, deadwoods, stairs falling to pieces and broken windows. It was like a horror story’s house. She stopped, suddenly, when she saw the spectrum go through the wall, next to the door. A little confused, she forced the door knob... And the door opened, making a creaking noise...

i She took two steps inside the house and saw the spectrum waiting for her in front of the door, across the room. She walked quickly towards her, which was crossing the hall... Then, she opened the door and found herself in front of a sister hall. The spectrum continued moving away with the audacious girl in its pursuit. She didn’t notice the spectrum had stopped, so she passed across the spectrum and it made a chill that went down her spine. As she looked back, she saw the spectrum felt unconfortable about this and she quickly apologized. She kept going back and forward, staring at the door and feeling scared for herself.

It had hand marks and bloody traces that were pouring to the ground. The spectrum stared behind and, hesitant, raised the trembling hand towards the door and pushed it slowly. That room seemed a grim operation room: there were scalpels, scissors, needles and an old litter, but the most disturbing thing was the fact that they were all stained with dried blood. The spectrum searched and saw her standing in front of a picture. It was a beautiful girl, her eyes were gray, her hair was black like the night, she had a pale skin and a doll face. The girl saw the similarity with the spectrum that now was crying blood tears.

The spectrum little girl looked at her with sadness and pointed to the closet across the room. She forced a bit the door before she opened it and could look inside, but she couldn’t hold the scream. For her astonishment, a more mounful version than the girl of the picture and a more realistic version than that of the spectrum was there. She quickly took the cell phone and called the police. She then noticed that the spectrum was by her side, looking at her, but this time... She was similing and said: “Thank you. I passed all my life in this house, my father was a magnificent doctor, but after my mother’s death... He had gone mad... And... Here, what was his office... Became a torture chamber...

The day that I threatened to report him, he was furious and killed me. When he noticed what he had done, he went away. Until this time, I have been here... Waiting for someone to release me from this world. Thus, thanks for finding me. And no matter what happens, I’ll always be seeing you”. And she disappeared with a smile. With tears in her eyes, the woman looked at the girl in the closet for a while... It seemed that the pretty girl was just sleeping and having good dreams about the time when she was happy.
