Behavioral Pull applies the principles of Lean Pull systems to the behaviors of your work teams.

1) Define what Normal and Abnormal looks like for each critical process

3) Provide - Identify the response TIME allowable and the BEHAVIORS necessary to return the process to normal. Train associates in them.

4) Guide – Use visual cues and other tools to remind associates on how to resolve the abnormality.
