What is baabtra.com?
baabtra.com is a web based fully automated learning Management System with integrated online tests and
assessments.
baabtra.com lets organizations to publish their content online and make it available to people they
wish(mentees/candidates) and thus maintain an online library.
The integrated testing facility lets’ the organizations to configure online tests from time to time and use it for
their internal assessment or as a screening test for job applicants or so.

How are we different?
You can decide how many roles you want to create. However we have two additional fixed roles.
● An administrative role- This is the role for managing all the activities on the LMS including managing
the privileges for other roles
● A candidate/mentee account - A user in this role can take online courses or consume the data in the
online library that the admin level users in the LMS creates.
● Custom roles
These are roles created by the admin with varying privileges(menus), an admin can create roles and users
under each role.
User Roles
baabtra.com provides a simple three steps process for adding
a training course. A course added in this way can be
published online in baabtra.com or through thier own website
through a simple API.
A training course can contain any no. of learning materials like
● A single online test
● A collection of contents like videos. documents, slides,
tests etc arranged in a timeline in chronological order

The fee and duration settings can be managed easily through the second screen. The timeline view
represents the duration of the course. The user can also keep a check on the payment status (if the course
is paid) by adding payment checkpoints to the timeline.

In the third screen the user can click on any of the points on the timeline of the course and add a course
content such as a youtube video, a document, a code snippet etc. This makes it super easy for the user to
design a course as he has the full view of the course on a single screen.
Adding learning materials automatically builds up a summary and streamline view of the course which can
be readily delivered to the candidate.

The published courses can be viewed as a streamline, the candidate
can be given clear instructions on what to do on each point of time in
the course.
The course streamline can be downloaded for offline working on the
material such as coding exercises and assignments.
