I have worked in the early childhood and community servicesprofession for over 35 years so I know what it's like to be in the trencheswithout the support , time and step by step guidance you need. As busy(& underpaid!) educators we don't have time for difficult to understandjargon or lengthy theoretical debates - you just want to meetrequirements while still having the time to do what you do best...supporting and extending the unique learning journey of every child inyour care as they grow and discover in these very important early years.
And that is exactly why I like to do things a little bit differently tosupport educators just like you - I don't believe that professionaldevelopment and the tools we use to do our jobs well need to becomplicated, out of our budget or judgmental. I believe every adultlearns differently and at a different pace and that's ok.
