Dark golden colour with a classic demerara type nose with hints of brown
sugar and molasses. The palate is full and rich, initially sweet but with a good
drying finish. There are rich buttery, creamy and toffee flavours and

Ginger leads the palate with waves of aged rum, orange zest and demerara

the black sealing wax used to seal the stopper in place. Balanced palate with

smooth rum, and it’s utterly delicious. Well worth trying.
