Specifically, the programme equips students with the knowledge, skills and competencies for them to work in industries that involve children such as preschools, child care and development centres, children enrichment centre, children play centres, theme parks and so on. At UNITAR, apart from physical learning in the lecture hall or online learning, students are also given the opportunity to do activities in the simulation room that provide a real experience of early childhood education. Apart from final examinations, students will be assessed on a value-based project that will include individual or group fieldwork to provide students with real-life experience in the early childhood education industry. Entry Requirements

A pass in STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any two (2) subjects or its equivalent;ORA pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid;ORA pass in UEC with minimum Grade B in five (5) subjects;ORA pass in Matriculation / Foundation or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0;ORA Diploma in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0;ORA Diploma in any field or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.0; ORPass Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM) / Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 in relevant field subject to the approval of the Senate and MUST attend bridging courses; ORPass DKM / DLKM / DVM with at least CGPA 2.00 AND have at least two (2) years of work experience in the relevant field and MUST attend bridging courses;ORPass BTEC Level 4 & 5 and pass SPM with at least three (3) credits in any subjects; ORAny other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government; OREntry requirements for admission into the Bachelor’s programme(Level 6, MQF) through APEL as approved by the Ministry of Education (MOHE). Applicants must be/have: 1. A Malaysian citizen; AND 2. The candidate should be more than 21 years of age in the year of application; 3. Relevant work experience / prior experiential learning; AND 4. Pass the APEL Assessment
