Copy homework as soon as you come in the morning.

Homework needs be in school and on your desk.

You will earn 2 points for each homework.

If you miss a homework, you can hand it in the next day for 1 point. HOWEVER, that can only be done a total of 5 times each quarter.

If you need help, you can ask someone, BUT do the homework yourself!

Homework will also be posted on Schoolnotes.com

Chronic missed homework/classwork may result in indoor recess.

Talking, Passing notes, and other inappropriate behaviors during class show a lack of participation and cooperation and can affect the subject grade.

Raising hand in class is strongly encouraged.

Make sure you keep your work neat because it represents you.

No Doodling Books and classwork are in good physical condition Papers are kept in the folder and not wrinkled Covers are intact Pages are not torn Mistakes are not scribbled out

Make sure your hand in your homework and projects on time to receive full credit.

Upcoming tests and reminders are copied each Friday so that you know what is happening the following week.

Tests are sent home each Friday to be signed and returned by Monday.

No talking during tests!

Test papers must be covered!

• “Here is what you missed…” paper will be filled out for absent students.

• Missed Tests and Assignments should be made up as soon as you are feeling better.

• You may arrange to have your books picked up at the end of the school day.

•It is very important to bring in an absent note when you come back to school.

•Too many absences can affect grades.

Try to be in the classroom by 8:45 each day.

•If you must have a cell phone, it can be dropped off at the office for safe keeping and can be picked up at the end of the day. No cell phones in class.

•Please leave electronic equipment at home where it is safe.

•During dismissal, you must be in your seat and reading quietly.
