CAN YOU FIT ON A PENNY?
STEP 1: MAKE A PREDICTION OF HOW MANY DROPS OF WATER YOU THINK YOU
CAN FIT ON A PENNY. WRITE IT ON A POST-IT.
STEP 2: USE THE DROPPER TO CAREFULLY DROP WATER ONTO THE PENNY.
COUNT THE NUMBER OF DROPS. STOP RIGHT BEFORE YOU THINK THE WATER
WILL SPILL OVER AND LOOK AT THE SHAPE OF THE WATER.
STEP3: IN THE END, HOW MANY DROPS OF WATER COULD YOU FIT ON THE
PENNY?
STEP 4: WHAT CONCEPT DO YOU THINK THIS ACTIVITY INTRODUCED?
