How does a badge plaporm know to issue a badge?
The “issuing” of a badge is a[n automated] transacBon. Badge plaporms award badges when the plaporm soqware receives an instrucBon to make the award. Such an instrucBon is triggered when a learner provides verified evidence of the required performance.
