“Winding Road” is a two piece vinyl graphic kit. When applied to the side covers it creates a completed, flowing look to the existing factory striping. This easy to install kit comes complete with two color matched vinyl stripes (one per side), easy to follow installation instructions, and a special squeegee applicator. Now available for all 2007-2008 Harley Davidson Road Glide factory color schemes.

In the stock ‘Before’ picture to the right, you’ll notice that the tank and fairing stripes don’t line up and the side covers are blank. Hell’s Foundry’s six piece vinyl graphic kit adds “completion segments” to the factory stripes, allowing the stripes to visually align and flow. This simple kit comes complete with six automotive grade color matched, two tone stripes (three pieces per side), illustrated instructions and a professional grade squeegee applicator. Many customers tell us our striping kits are the “Best money they ever spent on their Road Glide.”

The Hell’s Foundry Tour Pak® Rack is the original wall mounted rack.

The Tour Pak® Rack features heavy steel contruction, chrome hardware and durable powder coating.

Your Tour Pak simply snaps into place on the Tour Pak® Rack just as it does on your motorcycle.

On the underside of the rack you can also simultaneously store the passenger back rest and helmet. This rack allows bagger riders safe storage for their pack that is out of the way.

When mounted to the wall the Tour Pak® Rack allows the lid to open with easy access to everything inside. It’s designed to fit HD detachable tour packs. Available in fine textured black or silver vein powder coat. A must have for all Tour Pak® owners.

Most bagger owners are dissatisfied with the performance of the stock stereo system. Between wind noise, road noise, and loud exhaust the volume limitations are immediately noticed. Hell’s Foundry has been a leader in an effort to provide bagger riders with the best sound available. For 2009, we’re proud to offer another industry first; a custom subwoofer system designed to fit inside of H-D’s King Tour Pak®. “Woof Pak™” is a custom Hell’s Foundry manufactured form fitted enclosure featuring plug and play connectors, an 8” Polk Audio subwoofer and a 500 watt Sony Xplod® mono-block amplifier. It can be added as a compliment to a stock system to add punch and depth, or to any of our outstanding two or four speaker systems for truly stunning sound.

We feature Bazooka compact amplifiers and Polk Audio’s new Mobile Monitor (MM) series of high performance marine rated speakers. The Bazooka amplifier is internally bridged, which means if you only have two speakers today but want to add two more later, you won’t need a second amplifier to get killer sound. We have a system upgrade to meet your needs, whether it’s two, four or five speaker systems.

SoftDash™ is the first commercially available alternative to painting your inner-fairing. The rich leather texture of SoftDash™ will immediately improve the appearance and perception of quality to the area you look at most while riding.

While the SoftDash™ “Pig Skin” grain looks and feels like leather, it was created using marine industry materials designed for years of use outside. It will not fade or turn ‘white’ like the stock flat black finish, nor will it scratch like gloss paint.

Hell’s Foundry designed and manufactures all SoftDash™ products in-house at our new facility in Brighton, Michigan. Because we control all aspects of quality, we confidently offer a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

SoftDash™ is available in Buckskin Tan, Meteor Gray and Midnight Black to compliment all H-D® color schemes for 1996 and newer H-D® FLH and 1998 and newer H-D FLTR models.

SoftDash™ is also an optional surface finish for many of the detachable fairing companies, including Dead Center Cycle and Dragonfly Cycle Concepts products.

1 1/4” Fat Bars

Our Fat Bars were designed to clean up the control area of the Road Glide and give it a beefier look more appropriate for a bike of this size. They are pre-drilled allowing you to move your thumb switch wiring from the stock visible location, to inside the bar, a much cleaner custom look. All bars are 1.25” OD with 1.0” bar ends to allow for all control sets to fit properly. They have also been engineered to accept the new electronic throttle introduced in 2008. Specifications for height, pull-back and width remain similar to the OE bar allowing you to retain the use of all stock cables. Fits all 1998 and newer Road Glide. Note: 1.25” risers are required to mount, available separately at an additional charge.

Hell’s Foundry has a variety of choices to make your Road Glide stand out from the crowd.

The original Faceplate for the Road Glide dresses the headlight area with Chrome or with optional color matching to factory color. This item is made of steel and allows the customers to retain the use of the original clear acrylic outer cover, protecting the headlights from bugs and road debris.

The new Headlight Surround (pictured in chrome, also available in black) eliminates the outer acrylic cover, creating a custom, stylized look. Triple chrome plated for long term durability.
