The Safety Guard works at high air pressure, is 70cm high and rises up as a barrier once someone lands on the Bagjump.

2) REPLACEABLE TOPSHEET: Manufactured from a high-tech fabric and exclusively for Bagjump, this sheet acts as a protection membrane, ensuring the softest and smoothest catch possible, while never compromising the durability and flexibility of the material. It protects the main Bagjump from eventual damage caused by the sharp edges of skis, snowboards and bikes. The Topsheet definitely ex-tends the lifetime of your Bagjump and can be quickly replaced with the easy-to-use Velcro system.

3) CATCHINg ZONE / TORPEDO VALVES:The Catching Zone is the main component of Bagjump‘s softness! It is the thickest part of any Bagjump and catches you like a glove by effectively absorbing the lan-ding energy and releasing it through the Torpedo Valves, guaranteeing a rebound free catch every time. This patent-pending technology is the key behind Bagjump‘s unsurpassed level of safety for all freestyle sports.

4) SAFETY ZONE: The Safety Zone is a protective zone to avoid any floor contact. It is operated at a higher air pressure level to increase safety for big jumps.

ANCHORINg SYSTEM: Multiple anchoring points which are tes-ted to withhold 250 kg of pull strenght contribute to keeping the Bagjump in place during operation. 8 m2 up to an amazing 720 m2! In the initial stages of your order process, our graphics department will integrate your wishes into a concept model for your approval.

Your Bagjump representative will consult with you and review the complexity of your art-work or message to determine which permanent print method will best suit your needs. Once you are completely satisfied with the layout, the print-ready artwork is sent to the

production facility to be integraded into the product.

Full color 300 dpi true solvent digital imaging, protected by a latex clear coat liquid laminate, ensures the longevity of your image and helps protect it from UV light and

abrasion. Digital imaging allows maximum creativity, from simple shapes up to complex multicolor photo images.

In situations where digital print work is not feasible, a direct PVC screen print method will be used. The vinyl ink used in the PVC screen print process is extremely durable and

ideal for wear and tear areas such as the replaceable topsheet. All branded Bagjump replaceable topsheets utilize this PVC screen print method to ensure durability and

maximum long-term brand recognition. PVC screen print is available in up to 4 colors.

PREMIuM INTERCHANgEABLEBRANDINg: The industrial lycra material used in our Premium Branding is tested and developed with one specific need in mind: perfect logo/artwork place-ment and appearance every time!

This stretchable fabric is UV-resistant and the perfect solution for ensu-ring a dramatic and highly visible message. The benefit of this marketing technique is that you have the ability to order your branding in individual pieces to help stretch your advertising budget or maximize your marke-ting budget by selling advertising space to different sponsors. Full color digital print work is included with each individual piece.

ALTERNATIVE REPLACEABLE BRANDINg:This lightweight nylon fabric is ideal for applications such as temporary color changes to your Bagjump. Its also a great solution for “do it yourself“ branding by using textile stickers. With this option, you will receive a specialized nylon bannering with matching Velcro pattern in the color of your choice. Digital print work is also available.

Every Bagjump can be produced with an easy-to-use Velcro bannering system, which consists of a grid made of 5 cm Velcro strips in a standardized pattern. This system gives you the flexibility to create multiple branding configurations.

COLORAll standard Bagjumps come with red sides and Torpedo Valves, but can be customized to your requirements. The Topsheet and Safety Guard have three standard color options (black, white, yellow).
