1. •  Through  having  the  right  growth  model  it  is  advisable  that  NO  LC  is  growing  a  LOT  at  the  same  time  in  2  ICX  or  2  OGX  Programmes  because  it  is  challenging  to  balance  resources

•  What  makes  sense  is  that  an  LC  grows  in  one  ICX  Programme  and  one  OGX  Programme  (Eg:  iGIP  and  oGCDP  or  iGCDP  and  oGIP)

 •  Do  this  for  2014  LC  Goals  as  much  as  possible!

Consideration for MC Growth Model/OD Model

Page 4: Balance quality experience delivery in GIP and GCDP during peaks

However,  not  every  LC  might  have  this  kind  of  goal  allocation  for  the  peaks!

So  what  should  you  do  in  the  fruit  peak  as  LC/MC  in  these  2

cases

High  growth/High  volume  in  both  ICX

High  growth/High  volume  in  both  OGX
