Hungarian ScholarshipBoard Offi ce

The main task for the Balassi Institute’s Hungarian ScholarshipBoard Of fice (MÖB) is to coordinate and arrange all ministerialgrant processes pertinent to its profile of activities. Within thisframework, those scholarships unilaterally financed by the Hun-garian state—such as the National Eötvös Scholarship or grantsto the Collegium Hungaricum in Vienna—must be differentiatedfrom those scholarships resulting from international agreementsor exchanges. The Hungarian Scholarship Board Of fice also dis-seminates announcements of unilateral scholarships or grantsoffered by partner nations. The majority of scholarships areapplicable to any field of study, as well as to the arts.
