The Bale Bandit has evolved from

single axle agriculture units to

34 bale commercial units over

the course of 23 years of

commercial experience.

The 2000 series HSS steel frame

with all welded tube cross members

for torsional strength.

The carrier cross members are welded to the

frame to accommodate the torsional flexing

that comes with day in, day out, work.

High strength 83,000 psi or 110,000 psi tensile

welding wire is used in welds to insure the full

strength of the alloy steels is used.

Unitized QT 100 fork construction means

long lasting smooth operation.

Simple PTO mounted pump means:

- Trouble free pumping

- Reliable

- High volumes up to 50 gallons per

minute

To reduce back pressure to a minimum

large flow lines, pressure filter

and an in tank filter are used.

Keeping the distance the oil has to flow

from the pump back to the tank as short

as possible is important to reduce

pressure drop and therefore heat.

The aluminum tank also radiates heat.

By mounting the valve bank on the carrier

close to the functions it keeps things tidy

while reducing hose length, pressure drop,

and heat generation.

Full fenders keep the road grim where it is

supposed to be. All units come with frame

covers to keep loose hay and strings off

your drive line and save your seals. The open

design of the rails lets the rails carry the bales

so even surface wrap bales remain undamaged.

,valves, bearings, motor and pump. Our proprietary front drive system which keeps it out of the dirt, twine, and hay with our own

sprockets machined out of a work hardening alloy steel. Our unique push off with industrial rollers and alloy steel guide rails

makes our unit the gentlest on bales and the most trouble free design, our unique frame cover design keeps all the string, hay,

straw, snow and anything else from getting built up, wrapped around or caught on the truck frame, drive line or suspension. Our

large volume hydraulic systems with high pressure lines, two wire hose wrapped with spiral wrap guard in high wear areas. The

hydraulic hose make up a extremely reliable scissor to keep the lines as short as possible making for easy service and less heat.
