How are these audited?

Questions are statements that are converted at audit into questions.

Number 1.1.4

“The organisation has set out its vision for achieving quality goals and objectives”

Becomes

"Has the organisation set out its vision for achieving quality goals and objectives?”

Balfour Bea~y

How are these scored

• Each question is weighted as to its importance

• For example 1.1.4 "Has the organisation set out its vision for achieving quality goals and objectives?” is scored out of a total of 20 points

– Not Evident (0)– Partly Evident (5)– Evident (10)– Mostly Evident (15)– Fully Evident (20)
