Important Instructions : 1. Fare for economy class air-tickets calculated on an average basis from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. It may differ from other airports. 23th May 2020 (L-D) : Arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 10 am. Meet at gate C, Door No. 10. Welcome function by local tour leaders and then transfers to the Baiyoke Suite Hotel, Rathaprarop Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok, Thailand. Lunch at 1 pm at Indian restaurant. Check in hotel rooms at 2 pm. 4 hr. city orientation tour which includes Golden Buddha, Reclining Buddha, King Tombs, Palace Out Site, Democracy Square, China Market. Evening 9 pm dinner at Indian restaurant. Back to Hotel Rooms. 24th May 2020 (B-L-D) : Global Teachers/Achievers Conference & Award Ceremony Break-fast 7 to 8 am. 2020 program from 10 am to 2 pm at The Conference Hall of the hotel. For more details kindly see Page no. 1. In the evening visit to Thailand’s Tallest Tower - Baiyoke Sky Tower. After that, free time for shopping at famous Indra Square Mall. At night the most exciting part of tour (OPTIONAL) is River Chaupriya Cruise Dinner with Dance n Music. After dinner back to Hotel. 25th May 2020 (B-L-D) : Break-fast 7 to 8 am. Check out from the hotel room at 9 am. After 8 am visit to Safari World for rocking and exiting shows like Udan Utang show, Spy War show, Bird show, Sea-lion show, Cow Boy Stunt Show, Dolphin Show. Lunch at the most fascinating Jungle Safari. Visit to the famous open zoo of the safari world, Marine park, where very dangerous animals live freely in their natural habitat. and then reach airport by 9 pm to return Back to our original destination. Later on visit one more place of famous tourist attraction i.e. Nong-Nooch village to enjoy the most memorable visit in our life. Enjoy Indian buffet lunch, elephant show- the unique show in Thailand, Thai cultural show, Tropical Gardens, the varieties of beautifully well-maintained places. In the evening return journey to Pattaya City. After having rest for one hour we will visit to special Thai massage center. After that enjoy tasty Indian food. We will visit to Thai cultural show-the most fascinating experience in our Thailand tour. Back to hotel27th May 2020 (B-L) : Break-fast at hotel 7 to 8 am. In return journey to Bangkok, we will visit the International Gems Factory of the king of Thailand for purchase and exhibition purpose of Gems and Jwellery - Unique Experience in true terms of the word. We will also visit very special Thai Art and Craft Market as well as famous Hut market in our return journey. In the afternoon lunch at Indian restaurant. After lunch visit to chocolate factory Outlet. Evening back to Suvarnabhumi International Airport for return journey.

1) Global Teachers/Achievers Conference 2020 is a program organized by MVLA Trust, Mumbai, India to promote and

encourage commendable achievements in the field of education and other 9 specific fields at National/International

Level. MVLA Trust organizes functions in which Teachers-Achievers and Institutes who are contributing from 10 specific

fields are given for significant achievements and contributions in the field of "Global Teacher/Achiever Awards 2020"

education and other 9 fields. This helps to promote, encourage and recognize the teachers and teaching professionals

and achievers in their work and efforts. The entry to this conference is restricted only to registered delegates through the

procedure given below. Global Teachers/Achievers Awards & Conference at Bangkok will be on 24th May 2020.

2) Delegate registration charges for event management per nominated awardee person for conference is Rs.

4900 (Rs. Four Thousand Nine Hundred). If additional person wishes to come along with the nominated

awardee person then additional person Co-delegate charge will be Rs. 2000 (Rs. Two Thousand) per head.

This nomination charges are non refundable if delegate is selected for award but if in case nomination is not

finalized and gets rejection then full delegation amount will be refunded in 72 hours.

3) Delegate registration fees is the only one time fees nominated person have to pay at the time of nomination

submission. NO any hidden expenses or any separate amount is there for participation in award ceremony

and conference other than delegate registration fees rs. 4900/-.

4) Persons who are invited for the conference and nominated for the award ceremony should fill up the

delegate registration form of the Conference and deposit delegation charges as specified to register their

names as awardee delegate of the Conference. Nominations are given to the individuals or institutions by the

organizing committee to seek their consent to attend the ceremony as a registered awardee delegate to

receive award.

5) Delegate registration form is attached with this Awardee Nomination letter. State wise awardee quota is

fixed so the number of awardees per state is limited. Delegates are requested to fill up all the columns in the

form, copy of earlier award Certificate if any, Bio-data, send Write up on Activities, Achievements, Awards

received before, Aims-objective is required. 4 5 ictures & achievements/ p highlighting activities , copy of

Aadhar card or Pan card or Election card, attach deposit slip of delegation charges m e n t i o n e d i n t h i s

8) All Food-Transportation-Accomodation services are NOT INCLUDED in delegate registration fees.
